He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Frederick & Sons has done some work on our plumbing for the last few years. Every time they have come out the guys have been very efficient and nice. Explaining what they did and answering any questions. The jobs they have done have not been less than perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed emergency air conditioner repair on my 82 year old father's home unit. He was feeling ill from the air conditioner going out. This company is very professional, caring with great customer service. They were able to come out the same day when others had 24 hour wait times.

I noticed a soft spot on my drywall and instantly feared the worst. I contacted Second opinion plumbing and within a couple of hours Brandon came to inspect the damage. He said it was not an active leak and the water damage was from our shower leaking into the drywall and recommended a couple alternatives for repair. I appreciate the honesty and responsiveness and I will absolutely use them in the future!

My system was 17 yrs old and running poorly, Jerome came and examined every component of my system and sat with me for over an hr explaining everything to me slowly and patiently and most importantly in plain english I could understand and present me with several options. Other companies came out and looked at my system for 5 minutes and tried pushin expensive quotes on me without really explaining anything. Jerome was phenomenal and made a difficult so much less painful! I will refer Jerome and his company to anyone in need of A/C attention! Thank you professors of plumbing and air and in particular thank you Jerome!

After calling another company that wanted to charge a fortune for a new sewer line, I called EZ Flow Plumbing. They came out the same day and didn’t charge to do the inspection and estimate. (Another company wanted $250 to use their camera.) EZ Flow verified that the sewer line needed replacing but quoted thousands less than the other company. And their warranty was much better.

Jessie was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me so I understood what the problem was and why the repair was necessary. I felt confident and had the repair done. It’s never fun spending thousands of dollars for a house repair, but I appreciate Jessie and EZ Flow Plumbing and I will call them again if the need arises.

Called for a new water heater at 9:30a, job was completed by 2:30p. Easy to deal with, professionally installed and no hook! Working with Home Depot/Delta Mechanical was very easy and straightforward. Price was competitive.

We just had Jim E. with Mason out to check on a weird rattling noise that was coming from the condenser. He was so knowledgeable and has great customer service. The noise is now gone and our unit is running smoothly. Highly recommend Jim E. with Mason. He is great face for the company.
