We had a great experience with Jesus and Liam. They came in to fix a leak from our toilet and fixed a new problem we didn’t see initially. Now we can enjoy our bathroom in our new apartment!

A hidden GFI was tripped in our basement, which took out a few plugs, one of which impacted our home office. Craigan was the electrician Seatown sent and he was professional, friendly and effective. We couldn't isolate the cause ourselves after checking the breaker and metering the outlets. Seatown was recommended to us by a neighbor and within three hours of calling, he arrived to check the whole house and located the GFI behind a wall panel under the stairs to quickly resolve the issue.

Our sewer backed up and we learned that the cast iron pipe under our slab house needed to be replaced. Our salesman Rick was nothing but great. The crew stayed until 8.30 at night digging the tunnels under our house to be able to replace the cast iron plumbing system the next day. Those guys are the best. They cleaned up better than most construction crews. They also poured the new cement like it was second nature to them. Just a great job all the way around. If you need emergency sewer service, I would call and ask for Rick or Ben and you cannot go wrong and will be impressed with the quality of workmanship.

Great experience. Showed up on time, did the work as needed (even did a little extra). Price was what was quoted us and very reasonable, too. Would work with again in a heartbeat.

I had a leak within our walls and called Fox. They came out right away and repaired it, as well as some other minor problems. Also, I had them walk me through preventive maintenance to help to avoid similar situations in the future. Recently, I needed a new furnace, which was installed quickly and easily in one morning! I'd recommend Fox Plumbing & Heating to everyone - they are honest, reliable, friendly, and do great work.

* Overbilling: Taking sweet time while working at $200 an hour. Counted half an hour extra over 2 visits.
* Handwritten bill with no time in/out mentioned and no parts mentioned anywhere.
* Changing a seemingly 'old' cartridge took 2 visits. First visit just to open it and inspect the brand and put it back and second visit, after 2 months, to replace it with a new one and logged 45 minutes. Overall, the labor cost for this alone is ~300.
* I think not mentioning what parts they replaced helps again the next time - even if they replaced it, not keeping a record of what the part was is easily a good chuck of labor charge the next time to open/inspect/replace in another visit.
* Replaced the cartridge and lever is a good 5 degrees off center. Did not mention it until I stopped the service person at the door to ask; his response - I tried it 5 times; you can try if you want.
