I recently had the pleasure of hiring Christian from Mr. Rooter plumbing service to fix our kitchen sink, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Christian was not only a skilled plumber but also a very courteous and pleasant person to work with. He even took the time to acknowledge my kids, which made the whole process more enjoyable for my family.

What truly impressed me was his attention to detail. Christian went the extra mile by sweeping up after himself, leaving our kitchen cleaner than before. Additionally, he noticed mold starting to grow under our sink and proactively sprayed bleach to address the issue.

We just had our water heater fixed by Jason a senior technician at Lanthorn. He was great, very knowledgeable and professional he diagnosed our problem and fixed it very fast. awesome service. I highly recommend this company.

Shawn was amazing! He answered his phone when no one else did or had time. We had a few jobs that needed to be taken care of. He was on time, came and assessed the jobs and gave us his professional opinion on what we needed. He took care of everything within a few hours and we are grateful. After a plumber from another company came and said we had a major problem, George managed to schedule technicians to come the same day to help despite having a full schedule. Anthony and Avery came and immediately saw that the first plumber was mistaken. They were honest and professional and had the problem taken care of in an hour. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them for any future problems.

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

They we reasonably priced and had availability the very next day. We have had them out to maintain it ever since and had only one issue, which they promptly came out to repair under warranty.
