We combined Mr. Dutzer's service with a local Home Depot contractor appointment to replace two (2) inside supply line shutoff valves and replace one of two (1 of 2) total, main floor (1st fl.) toilets. Inside the upper water tank, the old toilet was stamped October 12th 1968, so yeah, it was well past the time to replace it.

Workers don't communicate. Sink was disconnected to install new countertops. Worker did not report to company that part to garbage disposal was broken. When two new workers came 5 days later to reconnect, they informed me that they could not connect garbage disposal. When I offered to go get the part, they said they would be finished before I got back and if they had to come back the next day, they would charge me. Unfortunately, they had to return twice because I had water leaking under my sink which inconvenience me for 2 days. Neither time did they offer to put the garbage disposal in. Plummers should know what they are doing and should be prepared for most situations. I guess they are more concerned about the number of jobs they can complete and money but not concerned about the customer. Not satisfied at all. Spending more money to get something done that they should have done. Seeking legal counsel

Quality of work is definitely great, but he always seems very grumpy and is not a pleasure to be around. Was glad when the work was completed and he was gone. Also, he's not very good at cleaning up after himself. My friend went through a contractor that also used him, and his story was the same as mine.

Came over early with his helper and unstopped my kitchen drain in about 20 minutes.
