We had Kevin and Bryce out today to repair our toilet flange, install the toilet, and install our IKEA sink. IKEA sinks aren't the easiest to work with but the guys made some tweaks and got the job done. They were very professional and worked very hard. We will definitely have them out again should we need them. 100% recommended.

From meeting with a specialist to sizing my system, to install, to some small follow on tweaks, the process with Russel's has been pain free. Unlike another HVAC company, the specialist gave me the prices, even though I wasn't set on replacing right then, but ultimately did because of the better treatment and financing options. I will continue relying on Russel's and recommending them to everyone I meet.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

David is terrific! We moved into our new home and after the first day our upstairs bathroom was leaking into our kitchen. He was at our house the next day and gave us the run down on all our options. When our first plan of attacking did not work, he was back at our house within hours and worked his magic. He is a great business man and knows his stuff. Being new to the area and first time homeowners, he gave us tons of advice for other local businesses and how-tos for other areas of our home. He is an all around great guy😊

I would caution all to receive promised service in writing. My salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff to date has been accommodating. There seems to be many different opinions within the company ultimately becoming the costumer's problem. What the salesman tells you may not happen. I purchased a tankless hot water heater to replace a fully functioning tank type. It took a month to schedule, then another month of visits before it could function. With a combination of black iron, galvanized, and multiple regulators it worked. I had to call the technicians back as they never tightened the gas train in the garage, and it was leaking. At the first 20 degree day the system froze. The plumbing department stated that will happen, let the water run overnight. Thankfully my salesman did try to help by sending one of the technicians back to at least put the pipe insulation on all of the exposed pipes. Technicians seem to know their trade, just a question who is driving the bus.

Anthony and Nate were awesome! They fixed our drain in like 30 minutes and it was way cheaper than other companies for quality work and super friendly staff. We’ll use them again for sure!

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

The intake process took way too long. At the very end if the q0 minute questionnaire, I was td there would be a $125 charge for an estimate for NEW WORK. I was not looking for a diagnosis. I was not looking for a repair. I was looking for new work to be done. Why would I spend $125 for an estimate???? Ridiculous and uncompetitive.
