Guy (jon) was great but don't trust the company they take your money and don't do the job when they tell u, also call and said they were on there way and never showed up

As a general contractor looking to expand into Suffolk VA, finding a plumbing contractor that serviced the area, did new construction projects, and was very knowledgeable, accommodating with scheduled appointments and easy to talk to as well as able to effectively communicate with myself and the client, was very vital to the process. Mr. Lanthorn himself was ready with anything I could throw at him either on site or in email. I couldn't ask for anything else for my business and our clients.

Always amazing and timely service. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend.

I will say that although courteous and professional, they definitely could on the communication skills. I had to reschedule twice my maintenance service due to unforseen emergencies. I completely understand all of it, I just wished that they call as soon as they find out about and not wait until the last minute to inform me. The second I ended up calling around the end of the timeliness they gave me just to tell me that we have to reschedule. I just wish they do better of communicating.

Amazing company, showed up for emergency call and had us back up and running in a few hours. Highly recommend!

Outstanding guy! We got the number for David from our realtor who sold us our house. We have been without hot water for 2 weeks doing a run around with our warranty people. David showed up this afternoon, looked at our water heater and knew exactly what the problem was. He was even nice enough to do “after hours” work on a Friday evening. He came to drain the water heater, take my husband to Home Depot in his truck, and come back to install it. I can’t say enough nice things about him. Super awesome and it’s gonna be great taking a hot shower! Thank you Dave for everything!

From start to finish, I was kept fully informed of what was going on. Technicians were on time and very courteous. They were very meticulous and attentive to the details. My few questions were answered thoroughly. Excellent value. Very happy to have my generator installed.

Had problem valve/hose for washing machine was leaking water would not stop even when washer water turned off. I shut off water to my house to make it stop leaking. George's Plumging tech Anthony responded quickly, saw the problem and replaced the faucets for washing machine, All set now thank-you so much. Polite, accurate, timely, and fair price. I am grateful.

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Jimmy Powell was very courteous and professional. He was able to make a repair and fix my problem. When I need help again, I will call Atomic and I hope Jimmy will be sent.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
