Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately. He does excellent work and takes his time to make sure it is done right. He is very knowledge and able to answer our questions with confidence. Will be using for all plumbing needs!

Jason Morgan fixed my annoying shower water dripping that occurs daily after showering.
He gave me an estimate at the beginning which included the cost of the parts that needed replacement. He impressed me by being very honest . He ended by charging me less because he discovered that he could fix the water dripping without replacing the costly handle or the gasket of the shower. I am very satisfied with Jason’s work and honesty. I highly recommend Jason Morgan.

I first called Sean for a residential emergency on a Sunday, when my “home warranty” company would not help with my busted hot water heater. He came right over and was honest as they come. Prices also being very reasonable, I continued to use his services over the bigger companies, due to his amazing customer service.
Eight years later, I called him for commercial plumbing needs at Gringos Taqueria and received the same great service at even better rates.
I highly recommend Sean, Steve, and the rest of his crew. I’ll be using them again.

Going into Home Depot and I see this truck zooming in right into a handicapped spot. No plaque placed saying they can park there, not on the tag and on top of that they aren’t even in the spot all the way!

Dave from Causeway Plumbing replaced a leaking water supply line from the city meter to the house. He and his crew were friendly and professional. In addition to replacing the main line he also took care of a second leak and didn't charge extra to do it. Highly recommended.

As a response to your sabotage remark. NO I was not a customer of yours because I sent you packing. Your theories on where the lines were were absolutely unprofessional. You wanted to make 3 holes in my wall (one which was in a custom backsplash). You made a snide comment about what I suggested and that's when you were asked to leave. I called another plumber and he asked the year the home was built and found the leak immediately.

This company is the biggest ripoff company in the Hampton Roads area. They charged my 90 year old mother in law $858.00 to replace the spicket outside which was leaking through an inside wall of the house. It couldn't have taken 50 dollars in parts and the entire job took 90 minutes. I called and talked to Greg and he told me three times that he was way too busy to talk about such things, and to call back. Several times he was gone home early. Finally got to explain the entire situation to him. He took my phone number and email address to investigate the issue. Twenty minutes later he emailed me saying it was a proper charge according to his pricing book. So, long and short us they charge approximately $533.00 per hour for their labor! If you can afford that, hire them!

They did a sloppy job, fixing main pipe leak . It took them a few times to connect pipes after removed the concrete.... Did not replace the concrete as agreed , put back the old broken concrete and cover it up....The Owner Carlton Jones Gave us a warranty, but a couple of months later the pipe shoots up water again....the owner did NOT answer the phone , his mail box is full, NO response to text.
