Bill was amazing! The company responded quickly after the winter storm. I was out of water for 3 weeks. I tried calling multiple companies and no one responded back to me. Black Tie Plumbing responded fast and they came out right away. Everything was completed within an hour or two. I was amazed!!! They are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to everyone. You can trust them and they do not take you for granted. Bill was excellent. Thank you Black Tie Plumbing!!!

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.

I am a mother with three kids in the car. One of them is 4 months old. This man ran me off the road trying keep me from merging onto the freeway from the oncoming ramp. Scariest driving moment of my life.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.

Very professional and honest company. Craig did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the work that needed to be done to solve the problem. He was kind and patient with my boys (3 and 7). He answered their questions and let him learn about what he was doing and why he was doing it. They LOVED him, and now want to be plumbers themselves when they grow up! :)

On July 16, 2021 the man did not fix my sewer line. He did it from the front yard instead of from the back yard, the way that I have always seen it done. I even asked him about this, but he did it from the front yard. Today the 17th, I have sewer backup again.

Called The Plumbing Service (Brent) number a few times before I got him because he is so busy (but worth it!). Once I reached him in late afternoon, he was professional, set up appointment to come out and look at my slab leak issue that day. Got me an appt with leak locator for next morning who was reputable and fast. Brent worked us into his schedule ASAP, explained the repair options and gave a tentative quote based on info he had at the time. When he opened up the wall, he LOWERED the quote as it was not as bad as he expected. Amazed me as American Leak Detection people quoted a higher price on their initial inspection and when I called in to get their service they changed the price over the phone to add another 2K to the base price. Whereas Brent from The Plumbing Service came in under the quote, kept at the job until it was fixed, a few hours, even though I made a change at the last minute in materials I wanted. I would highly recommend him and intend to use his service as long as he is in business.
