Hands down Chris and Victor are the most professional individuals when it comes to repair. It's one thing to get a company to come out, but Chris listened to our problem, verified what it took to fix it and Victor helped him fix it. Not only were Chris and Victor on time but they sent us text messages with arrival times and updates. Innovative Trades has to be the most courteous, professional and thorough company to exist with regards to electrical issues. Do not go with these plumbers. I repeat, stay away from this business. I have called many plumbers in my day, but these guys take the cake. They will show up late. They will raise their price. They will lie. They will break your pipes. I am calling the BBC after I leave this comment. ugh

Eli and his manager Troy arrived by to do some job at our home today, and both were approachable and professional. The price was affordable, with no fall off when it arrived to the quality of their work. Would recommend them, seriously doubt anyone would be disappointed.

Raul that guy name his nasty and disrespectful person does not know how to do his job he is lier and unprofessional with the customers he never does his job right and trashy and nasty he leave without pick up after him self . He need to respect people and be more professional and people dont hire him to do your job because he will never go to your place.

He left my kitchen dirty and used my bucket to clean my sink out. Didn't know that's how it went when I called a plumber. Then he charged me more than I was promised. And then I had to choose a star to post this. I don't want to give him a star.
