I reached out to this company today to get a regular maintenance service done on my HVAC system. The customer service rep sounded like she had no idea of what to do and finally, she checked the system and said she can send her team the next Wednesday but before I confirm she hung up. I tried calling again but no answer.

Lonnie Bravo does substandard work. He dry fitted pipes together and went to lunch. Upon return he never glued them. He put pipes and drains on wrong walls, drains facing the wrong direction, toilet flanges too close to the wall (non ADA), wrong size pipe, etc. He decided on his own to change a floorplan to make it easier for him to do plumbing. All this had to be ripped out and redone. He was paid a fee to start and we received no value.

In addition, he filed a lien for the entire amount. Despite doing bad work he never supplied fixtures or finished but filed a lien stating he did. This was all for CHURCH!

His lawyer, Stanley Cramb, filed a lien without properly notifying the client then becamne unreachable to help remove the fraudulent lien.

Avoid this guy at all costs or else it will cost you a lot of grief!

Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.

The plumber and his team were some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. Our main drainpipe from the front yard to the street was old and made of clay so our tree's roots in the front yard had destroyed a lot of it and we kept getting clogged, toilets and showers. They came a day before and ran a camera down the pipe to see the condition, gave me a very reasonable estimate with a lifetime warranty, and started working on it the next morning..

I have a unique home, half under ground, half a second floor, I could not find the source of my issue, water and odor. Two other plumbers declined the job due to the house. Danny, his family, and trainee were amazing in taking care of replacing our aged water heater. Despite the best efforts of my home warranty company to stall, Addco took great care of us to speed along the process and get us taken care of.

Wouldn't hire these plumbers based on the unprofessional way they drive their company truck. The guy cuts me off with no blinker in the pouring rain, I slammed on my brakes to avoid an accident with him, then watched as he did it to another car. He then proceeded to run a red light. If you're going to drive like an idiot, don't do it in your company truck!
