I called Belue Plumbing asking for a sanity check; when RC Plumbing told me, I needed to spend $1,350 to have the kitchen drain “jet/pressure” cleaned. Belue Plumbing stated that what was being recommended was ABSOLUTELY NOT needed. They didn’t want me to be ripped off so the dispatcher called and found one of their plumbers who was in the area an asked them if they would work me in, which they did. Belue Plumbing comes rolling in their drain auger which was easily 6-8 times the size of RC’s plumbing and proceeds to unclog my drain. The Belue plumber then recommends a drain cleaner that “should keep you from having to call us back again for a clogged drain”. They also provided a 30 warranty so if the drain did clog again; they’d be there at no charge. Total cost. $175 !!!

Had another Service lined up for an 11:00am Service Call for plumbing repair....After Speaking with a Business Associate around 9am that same morning...they Referred Big Blade here....Called - Set up Same Day Service...said it would be early Afternoon....so I went with referral and cancelled other service....3:00pm rolls around..Called to check on ETA....was told things got a little backed up....but it WOULD be today...and they would call in a bit....It is 6:00pm now...NO SHOW - NO CALL - and Phone Call goes to Voice Mail. Cancelled a LOT to do today to have Repair done....Next Free time available may be a few days from now....Thanks Big Blade for wasting a FULL Day of my time.
