After spending nearly $3000 for a new tankless water heater only a few months ago, I cannot get these people to answer the phone now that the unit is malfunctioning. I called and sent 2 emails….nothing. Lesson learned.

I used texas plumbing solutions when the freeze of 2021 had frozen pipes that caused leaks and used them again to repair underground water leak. Always on time as scheduled, professional service and good price. TPS LLC is on my contact list for anytime I need plumber I’ll call them and I highly recommend them

Very quick service, fair prices and a great overall finished repair. Looking forward to completing the job with them. Employee was on time, which is rare! Was great to see. Very good about keeping the area clean and organized. I'll be using them again!

You want parts you know you don’t need sold to you than this is the place the boss will put on unnecessary hose faucets you didn’t ask for in your valve box and charge you extra

DO NOT use this company! I called for someone to meet a rep from the city to turn on gas at a rental property. I spoke with them at least 3 times within a 24 hour period to confirm. They never showed up! I called 5 times, when they finally answered the phones, they said someone had cancelled my appt! Said they couldn’t help me. Don’t waste your time!

Looking to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Called to schedule an appointment. but..... Was told they were not taking any new customers!!I can only assume Cornerstone Plumbing is just too busy for any foreseeable future. WILL NOT be doing business with these folks as I start building new house next year!!!

We were working with a tile repairman and needed some plumbing work done on our 50+ year old pipes. The job required 2 trips and in both cases, the technicians were prompt, professional, and very clear communicators. I will be using them again, if we need another plumber.
