I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

Very quick service, fair prices and a great overall finished repair. Looking forward to completing the job with them. Employee was on time, which is rare! Was great to see. Very good about keeping the area clean and organized. I'll be using them again!

Quick, professional and saved me a lot of money

At The Hotel the plummer FIXED the leap ALL new Hoses!!

Called and requested quote for grease trap. Was told info will be passed to master plumber and I'd hear back. Been about a week since. If they do not follow up on prospect customers how can I expect them to follow up when actual problems arise?!

Looking to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Called to schedule an appointment. but..... Was told they were not taking any new customers!!I can only assume Cornerstone Plumbing is just too busy for any foreseeable future. WILL NOT be doing business with these folks as I start building new house next year!!!

Called for a sewer line location service. They were very professional, polite and clean.They located the line very quickly and told me everything I would need to know for the future pluming job I have planned.Excellent plumbers, great rates, very professional.I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
