If your home warranty is sending these guys to evaluate a leak, you should cancel and find a reputable plumber instead. In our case, A-Snap showed up and did not bring any leak detection equipment. Without even looking at a single pipe, they misrepresented our situation to the home warranty company, resulting in a denial of coverage. A-Snap also asked us to sign paperwork with untruthful statements designed to rip us off (which we refused to sign). These guys are dishonest, and I will never let them anywhere near my house again.

Worst company ever! Told me I had to fill my sink half way with water, run the facet, then while draining run the disposal. They said there was nothing wrong with it. I had a second opinion and it tool them less than 5 min to find and fix the problem. These guys are incompetent's and lazy. The guy didn't do anything but stand there and tell some kid what to do - not that either did much. They also misrepresented our situation to the home warranty company and lied about there being nothing wrong. Don't waste your time and money!

Not sure why company received bad marks from some folks, but once I was contacted the service was prompt after OK from Home Warranty company. (Took 2 days) Roger and assistant arrived, assessed situation then waited for approval. Once that came in they were out the next day (Saturday) and replaced water heater and water softener. Kudos to them. Some difficulty reaching the company phone several times though. Could work on that.

At first I was a little worried about the reviews but as soon as they arrived I noticed they’re far away from it . Roger edwards and Vincent are very nice and professional, explained everything and even showed me how to clean the pipes for the future. Highly recommend this company

Came to just change the heating elements and thermometer on water heater. Never came to finish job. Reached out to them to see what was going on and they said that they were going to just fix it but had to charge me over $300 the warranty company wouldn’t cover in order for him to vacuum out the tank and drain it. Just running a scam plumbing company

They did an excellent job!!! They were here within the window scheduled, and got to work right away. They were very courteous and professional, and within 20 minutes or so they had fixed my garbage disposal. Goettl plumbing said it couldn't be fixed, and that I would need a new unit.

Avoid this company! Vendor for Choice Warranty (CW). Scheduled my appointment for 11am - 1pm time but told me they have no control how the plumbers do their route. CW changed original appointment to 1pm - 7pm but could not guarantee for 5:30pm showtime because I had to be somewhere by 6pm. Offered to reschedule three days from original appointment. Promised a 11am - 1pm window again but called to change to 1pm - 7pm instead. A-Snap cancelled appointment the last minute. This time they offered to call CW for me so CW could find a replacement but they never did. I had to call CW. If there is a ZERO star, I would assign it to A-Snap plumbing. It’s really true this company is poorly run.

A-Snap Plumbing Services has horrible Customer Service. I filed a claim through Choice Home Warranty 12/4/2020 because I had two waterlines bust. The front desk, receptionist Norma is horrible rude and lacks professionalism. I would not ever use this company again! The technician was pleasant when in our home and repaired one line but had to return for the second line. I called the next day for someone to send me a copy of the report so I could send it to my insurance company. Norma was rude and refused to send the documentation because the technician was out for the day. I had to call Choice Home Warranty to get them involved to get the information I needed so I could start my insurance claim. I don't understand what was so hard for her to supply me this information. She was condescending and extremely rude. I advised Choice Home Warranty they should not do business with company in the future because of how they treated their customers that they were referring to them. It was the holidays and I was trying to get my home repaired before company and get a head start on drying up the wetness in the wall's etc. If you expect good customer service this is not the company for you! The owner should terminate her they have horrible reviews online and it all stems from the front desk NORMA!!!!!!

I just spoke with the customers service lady, Norma, who was very rude. She called me to ask for their copay last week in order to start the process of my restoration of my kitchen. This was promptly paid. I have not heard from them every since. I called today and she said that she was waiting for the pictures from the tech. Really! In this digital age. How long does it take to hit sent on the phone? She then advised me to call my warranty company. I would not recommend this Company with horrible customers service to my dog.

My warranty company sent them out and they did a FANTASTIC job helping us out with all of our plumbing issues. They were originally called for a sink clog by our warranty but we had lots of questions and other issues we needed help with. They offered their expertise on the other problems, answered all our questions & were even hired to fix one of the other issues. The warranty didn’t cover the separate issue we hired them for but A-Snap still gave us a good price for the separate job. Truly, I was nervous based on the reviews from other people with the warranty who had problems but I’m so glad we had a good experience with them and would recommend them to our friends. Thank you SO MUCH!!!

This company was first a no show on the scheduled day for the repair to our water main. When they did show up, the Service Manager quoted $600 for what he said was a quality repair. The repair they ended up making was nothing like he described to me - it involved $10 worth of material and should've taken less than one hour to install. They had 3 plumbers on site and made 3 trips to supply houses throughout the day. I performed all excavation for the underground repair so it should have been a really cheap, quick and simple repair. Toward the end of the work, I asked the Service Manager onsite if he was going to backfill; he confirmed with me he would and that he had adequate backfill soil to perform the work. He later told my wife that I needed to buy sand and that because I didn't, he couldn't perform the backfill.Stay away from this company! They are full of excuses and lack the ability to properly identify the issue before jumping into the repair which results in rework that they will charge you for. If you complain about the price and how long it took, they threaten to rip out the repair they made. Terrible customer service - a terrible plumbing business.

So Choice Home Warranty uses this business to do its bidding I assume on contracts for possible jobs that need to be completed! Well so far CHW had/has continues to stall on my claim. It's been since the 19 of August 2021 and as of today they are sitting on my claim. So I have a leaky toilet that caused damage to my lower part of my home! Now CHW claims that they will not cover some parts of the claim! I have filled my complaint with the Attorney General of Texas, and the Attorney General of New Jersey...but goes what! Nothing is getting done till something upstairs make things happen.. Oh yeah CHW wants the customer to fix it themselves.. because waiting on CHW is like waiting on a Miracle.. they don't happen or exist anymore.. RUN AWAY FROM CHW or any business that claims that they will cover your home issues.. From my personal experience with CHW. These companies are pathetic, unprofessional, and only looking to take your money and getting nothing done.

A-Snap was sent out by our home warranty company to repair our hot water heater that went out during Thanksgiving week. We were lucky to find someone who could come out before holiday closures. Roger and Angel came by to perform the initial inspection.I can't express enough that Roger is a great guy to have a conversation with. He took plenty of time to explain the inner and outer workings of my water heater and what was required to bring it up to code.After approval from the warranty co. they were back the next day to install the water heater and replace the PRV valve.The install was professionally done and Roger once again took the time to go over routine maintenance and also to give me some pointers on my water softener.

Add me to the list of greatly disappointed potential customer. Choice warranty had A Snap come out Saturday to check out my leaking water heater. Invoice written with several additional items being required. No dollar amount associated with the items so I figured it was covered by Choice. Oh no. Choice approved the water heater replacement but not the additional charges calculated by A Snap of $890. 370 to modify water lines for new heater found heater with same exact dimensions so no need for this charge. $160 to replace drain pan. Home depot had same as original for $10. $100 for temp adjustment and pressure check. To set temp on heater? He already checked pressure on his visit. Tried to talk to office manager and she kept saying 'google' it. No need to. Cancelled A Snap job and also cancelled Choice. It's apparent they don't check reviews of the companies they contract with.

Dont ever use them. Choice home warranty send them as our plumber but they do poor diagnosis. Will never recommend to anyone.

They forgot to empty the toilet tank before lifting it up and flooded my home. A warranty company sent them. Spoke with management and they didn't even have the decency to dry the area with a fan. Horrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs

Very un professional they don’t t return calls, technicians walking around with no masks! Do not recommend! Their work schedule is all jacked up can’t ever give you a specific time! Technicians showing up at 6 pm!Will never use them again!

Absolutely horrific experience and customer service. I wish this company was banned from doing business. The only reason they get called is because of home warranty. Obviously the amount of bad reviews is overwhelming.
