Just moved into our house in New Braunfels, and needed some warranty work completed. S&S Custom Homes and Remodeling hired a third party to dig the trench for the potable water line supplied to the house. Upon inspecting around the house, the potable water line was noted above ground, and the outer protective sheath was damaged. Even though Stafford was not the contractor that installed the line, they came to our house and accepted the additional responsibility to correct the potable water line. Also, S&S decided to take it upon them self to modify the hot water piping to allow for series connection of the water heaters. In this case, the non-licensed plumber working for the builder used the inappropriate materials to make the change, and also, disconnected the hot water supply to the sink in the process. Stafford came and corrected all of our issues without any hesitation or questions. They were extremely prompt and professional.
