My experiences with mg plumbing were absolutely phenomenal great plumber!!!

Michael & Sons sent Breon out to switch our light switches out for timed switches, and he provided prompt, friendly service! This has been the third electrical service we have had from Michael & Sons and we've had nothing but excellent service from their electricians.

Amazing!!! After dealing with a plumbing service that overcharged us for a part and then quoted 2 hours for the follow up service with astronomical prices, Discount Plumbing Co. really came through for us. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars all around!!!

Absolute god damn champions.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

We called Duncan because we had a plumbing issue with our toilet, bathtub, and washer. Justin showed up quickly and was very professional. He explained all the issues that caused the clogged pipe and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and I would definitely call him again if we have any other plumbing or AC issues.

Wow, Ascent Plumbing really came through for me! Had a problem with my RO filter in the kitchen and wasn't sure who to call. I heard about Ascent through a friend, and I'm really glad I made the call. They were quick to show up and super friendly. The technician they sent knew his stuff and got my filter working like new in no time. Honestly, it's just nice to find a company that does good work without all the hassle. Great company great service!

I contacted Eddie to cut & install a couple of shelves. He was timely with his responses, came out same day, gave a fair price, provided quality work and even cleaned up after himself. I wish I would have found him sooner. Highly recommend!

Price as advertised. $49 for drain cleaning service. I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers at once. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Would recommend them and have them service us again.

Not the best plumbing service in Lubbock but probably not the worst. The owner Ervey is a pretty good guy and stays true to his word but some of his workers really suck and are not competent to be doing the kind of work they do. If not for Ervey I would have left one star. We had work done on 10 different homes in a community run off of the same gas line. The work was performed and finalized, the city came out to inspect the line, and then Atmos energy came out only to find another leak in the line after the system had been pressured up for over 36 hours. To add insult to injury we were assured the work would be completed before the holidays so the community would have heat but the workers sat on the job. This caused the deadline to pass and nobody works in the city during the holidays to administer the proper tests to get the gas turned back on. As an apology we were discounted 10% but this wasn't communicated to the workers when they issued the invoice and the invoice had to be redrafted to reflect the discount. We are still left to have to fix another leak and will have to hire another plumber to properly fix the problem. Not recommended but If you have to have any work done with this company deal only with Ervey as he may be the only competent one there.
