Had a leak under one of my rental properties in Roxboro on Friday morning. James and his crew was working in Greensboro, but he said he would try to have a tech come by late evening. He sent me a text letting me know when the tech was an hour away. The tech arrived as promised and found the leak and had it repaired in less than an hour. Charles was very professional and did a great job. I will be using this company again for my plumbing needs.

James is awesome. Always responsive, professional and priced reasonably. I had no hot water in my home, contacted James early in the morning to see if he could fit me in, took care of my problem. I’d highly recommend him

I texted and he replied almost immediately. He was out the next morning and found leak. I was communicated with through process and time to order new faucet that he picked up and installed quickly. One and a half hors total and fixed with trip and all. He was mannerly per my boyfriend and professional. He will definitely be our new plumber for all our jobs. Price reasonable too. Thanks! James Walker with JTW Plumbing did a great job helping us with all of our plumbing needs as well as remodeling both our guest and master bathrooms for two separate homes. James is timely, professional and extremely detailed oriented. We highly recommend him to all our family and friends.

Fantastic service for a very reasonable price had to have work done at the last second at my house and they're able to squeeze me in. Not only that but after fixing my initial issue they took care of another one I forgot to mention and found out I had a bad coupling at the end of my pipe. Got a pipe repair and 2 pipe cleanings done in about 2 hours. Fast and quality work. Will definitely be using them again

Came right out when he said. Wasn't an easy job but the Tech guy never complained. He didn't stop until the job was finished. (3 hours later) Price was fair and didn't feel I'd paid to much. Highly recommend JT and his crew.
