WARNING: MAY BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I tried calling, it went to voicemail, but the voice mailbox is full... Kind of difficult to use a business that won't take your calls. And I understand you may be busy doing jobs during the day, but if you don't have someone to answer your phones or at the very least, keep your mailbox empty and available for potential customers to request a bid, how do you expect to stay in business? Maybe you're no longer in business? I don't know, I wish I did...

I called Jim on a Saturday afternoon asking for help with a shower faucet that would not shut off. He explained he was 100 miles out of town, but would call another plumber to assist. He came through and the other plumber contacted me within 15 minutes. He drove out within the hour and fixed the problem. Very nice, polite, and will definitely keep this info in my urgent file contacts!

My place was out in St. Charles County. This office was very professional and extremely kind. He transfer me to another Rooter plumber contact in OFallon, Mo. I truly appreciated the time spent with me. I will be contacting him again for further improvements in my South County home. Wish the the best. It completely turned my distress in our success.
