I am so relieved that I called Hughes! We spent several days trying to find a part for our hot water heater, calling around, searching online, getting voice-mails and just no luck. When I called Hughes, Bob answered, I sent him a pic of the label on our hot water heater by email & he had it ordered in less than 5 mins & confirmed with me through email immediately! Bob was amazing, helpful and on the ball! We saved the number/email for future reference! We highly recommend Hughes! Thanks again!
