These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Service was great! I even got a call before they arrived. Rami is very professional along with his coworker and he explained what was going on with my Airconditioner! He got it fixed very quickly. I will work with them again! Thank you!!!

Good but expensive

I cannot say enough good things about both Raul Garcia sr. And JR. After dealing with and having the sale of our home severely handicapped by the fraudulent work of Hurricane Drain (the owners name is Conn ironically) We called mr Garcia and his son to come out and holy cow what a difference in service, attitude, and knowledge they provided. You don’t know something if you can’t explain it to a 3 year old is what Einstein once said and while there were no 3 year olds present the Garcia’s were willing and able to explain and demonstrate to everyone present exactly what they were doing and why and after that made sure their findings were understood and agreed upon by everyone before they moved on to the next step. Given the amount of over the shoulder scrutiny they were working under I would have forgiven them for being rude or dismissive at many times but not once did I see it from either of them. I could take a few notes from them on how to treat my own customers and I’m a hydraulic engineer who still learned quite a bit from these guys. I hope they get all the business they deserve and I rarely write reviews but they earned this one. I’m also calling on my fellow Aggie’s to send their business to the Garcia’s.

Repairco has been super reliable, professional, affordable. Despite being late in the work day on a Friday, they came out so that we wouldn’t have to go without water for the weekend. They don’t try to price gouge and they are honest. You can’t ask for anything more.

As an Orange Resident and an Owner of a home built in 1996 I can tell you that having a Plumber you trust who can handle Slab Leaks is just a pure necessity; and Fair Deal has been life savers. Their scope has extended to replacing my traditional water heater to a relocated Tank-less model and as well replacing misc. faucets throughout the home. I can not recommend them more highly!

We have used John's plumbing for multiple plumbing needs from installation of new and repairs. They are willing to do most any job, even super small ones like a quick faucet repair. Dan is AMAZING! He has helped us multiple times and is meticulous in his work. Dan is friendly and takes time to explain what he plans to do, answer questions, and make sure everything is working perfectly before departing. He is also flexible in his schedule and willing to squeeze in urgent repairs as soon as possible. Great plumbing company that we trust and has become the only one we use!

My AC needed some TLC and Bill Rascher employee knew exactly how to bring my unit back to factory standards very impressed.

Travis and Eric from Tschida replaced our water heater and upgraded our pipes to improve water pressure. We were very happy with their work and the overall process. They take the time to educate you on your options and answer questions. Aside from being knowledgeable they are really nice guys, very easy to work with!

Several years ago we had granite countertops in the master bath installed by ProStone Granite in Greensboro. (Prostone is a superb outfit that does excellent work). Hired Bare-Tech (what kind of name is that anyway?, an immediate tip off of a not too bright outfit...) to install faucets and traps. What a mistake! The installer overtightened the drain fitting and the porcelain sink cracked and broke under the pressure of too tight fitting about an hour after he left. These are to be hand tightened / no more. Bare-Tech would not stand behind it and I had to pay Prostone to bust out the sink and replace it as well as pay for the 2nd sink myself. I subsequently installed the drain myself which I should have done to begin with. A very unreputable outfit - avoid at all cost.

Tony's a terrific plumber and professional. He was referred to us by one of the best-known custom home builders in the area and I've called him to our home on several occasions. Every time, he has fairly and thoroughly evaluated the issue, explained it to us and set a fair price for repairs/replacement. In fact, he literally has saved us thousands over johnny-on-the-spot plumbers. Among the things a homeowner needs most in this world is a trusted plumber. Tony is ours.
