We had an issue with a mystery leak under the kitchen sink. Aaron came out to get answer and to fix the problem.
He systematically identified 2 issues causing the problem...the breather tube for dishwasher was back filling due to an obstruction in garbage disposal line.
It took a second visit to also change out the faucet since it to was slowly leaking under the counter.
He was punctual and did a great job for us...all is well now! Aaron also changed out our water heater last year.
I would highly recommend both Aaron and Phil & Paul's plumbing to all my friends and neighbors.

They came out and found the problem and fixed it. Very professional and inexpensive. Aaron was true professional and got the job quickly and I am very satisfied with his work. Highly recommended

I just had to write a review about this Phil's and Paul's plumbing. ARRON HANDS DOWN , IS THE BEST PLUMBER IN THE AREA!!! Arron was very polite,knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to clear our clean out drain and explained the possible causes for it backing up. I would definitely use this company again!

The service, knowledge and follow through with Phil and Paul's is incomparable, they are EXCELLENT! I had a very complex situation with a recirculating pump and Jeff was able to diagnose it, correct it, and explain the problem to me in laymen's terms. Jessica who places all orders is friendly, call you by name, understands plumbing and not a paper pusher.

I highly recommend this company, without proper diagnosis of my problem, my expenses would have far exceeded what I paid.

Aaron was so helpful- I’d like to give him 10 stars! I showed him the video I had and he explained what would happen if he had to repair the line (yikes!). Then he did his own video and determined that it wasn’t a root in the line and he cleaned it out. He made me a copy of the videos which was very helpful. He saved me money and kept the process of selling my home moving. I’d keep y’all as my plumbers if I weren’t moving to Vacaville! Thank you so much!!

During a bathroom faucet and drain replacement project. ran into problems removing the drain from the sink. Finally, gave-up and called Phil & Paul's. My call was returned in a timely matter and the lady taking my call was very courteous, sympathetic, and professional. Later, Jon arrived and resolved the problem in short order. He was also very courteous, personable, and professional. Had a similar experience several years ago when Phil & Paul’s replaced a water heater. Cannot recommend Phil & Paul’s Plumbing enough.

My Tec guy was very professional and knowledgeable. Got my drain unclogged fast. I would call on them again and refer this business to my friends.

Today is Saturday. 11:00 am. Aaron from Phil and Paul's Plumbing came out today. He said we had a main line clog. He went right to work on it, and in less than an hour he had fixed the problem. A little pricey. But, Hey it's Saturday morning and we are back in business! Thanks Aaron!

They are great. Very competent and willing to explore and find the real issue. Then repaired with practical knowledge. I have recommended them twice and will continue. Both referrals were also very pleased.

I called at noon and it is now 6 pm and we are good to go. Aaron was great, helpful and not pushy about upselling other services we didn't need. I'm very happy with the service and I'll never use another plumber. You can't ask for more!

I've been having issues with my shower leaking in the apartment I rent for over a year now and have had plumbers come out multiple times but everytime they left there was another problem. Finally the property management used Phil and Paul's plumbing and I'm very happy with the outcome. Aaron was awesome he stayed to make absolutely sure where the leak was coming from. He communicated with me the whole time and showed me everything. He was clean and professional and respectful. I highly recommend this company and if possible request Aaron.

We had a plumbing issue in our office complex, due to some construction over the weekend. We could not get anyone to come and fix it. I found Phil & Paul's Plumbing on the internet, saw their 5 star reviews and called. We were in a panic to get water on to our office. They came out promptly, fixed the issue immediately and got us up and running. Their fee's are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any work. So appreciate their promptness in an emergency.

Aaron was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He showed up in less than 30 minutes and my drain was unclogged in about an hour. I would recommend them for anybody needing a repair.

Replaced an old oil burning on demand water heater with a heat pump water heater. I could not be happier with the recommended appliance and the installation.

8/1/23: Jeff was here to fix a shower head and also helped me realize I had never “flushed” the water heater since I bought the house 10 years ago. We got that done too. Plus he told me to get some “Aerator keys” to have to help clean my faucet aerators as needed. He is always helpful!

2022: Jeff arrived as scheduled and was excellent about assessing my plumbing concern. He gave me good advice that avoided a possibly unnecessary repair. He also provided a good review of my Garbage Disposal and my Water Heater so I understand what I need to do next.

Our tech Jeff called to let us know he was on his way and what time he'd arrive, which was well within the time frame quoted by his office. Once on site he was able to diagnose & resolve the issue within an hour. Jeff was very professional and delivered what was needed, nothing more, nothing less. We will be using and recommending this company going forward.

Have been using Phil and Paul’s for all of our plumbing needs for years for both our home and our rentals.

I would give negative stars if Google made that possible. Only one word to describe this business, shyster.

Our hot water heater thermal coupler went out on Tuesday. The first plumber we were sent said we needed a new water heater. Cost: over $1500. The second plumber didn't show up. Phil and Paul's was our 3rd plumber and by then it was Saturday at 4:30pm. We had been with no hot water for 5 days. Rick came out by 5:30 pm, put in the new thermal coupler and was gone by 6:45 and we had hot water. If I ever need a plumber again, Phil and Paul's will be the first and only plumber I will ever call. Wonderful service, reasonable price, and very prompt.

Had our dishwasher go out on us. We went and bought a new one at lowes and they came same day to install. Great customer service by our technician Matt highly recommended these guys will be our plumbing go to for life!

Aaron came out and handled installation of new toilet and replacement of a valve with no issues. Very professional will use again when needed.

ANAZING!! I truly appreciate this company and their Uber fast response to me! I called them expecting the same old blah blah blah like I get from other plumbing companies, but i didn’t not get that!! (HELLO PEOPLE!! How refreshing it is to have a plumber acknowledge your panic, and concern right away, and not take it lightly!) They came out the SAME DAY (and not like hours latter. More like 3 hours. 3!! Not days) mike our tech, was AWESOME! He was professional, punctual, worked efficiently, and incredibly knowledgeable! I will most defiantly be calling them anytime I have any issues. Defiantly First Class! YOU GUYS ROCK!!

From the time I called, to the time the repair was complete, they were VERY professional and easy to do business with. Jeff did a very good job of explaining everything. He was on-time and straight forward. No tricks and no funny business with the pricing and provided quality work.

Aaron was awesome! He not only was competent and super knowledgeable, but he was patient with all my questions- giving thorough and helpful answers. He was consistently on time for appointments (of which there were several,) and always made a quick call to make sure you were ready before showing up. All around a super nice experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for anything plumbing related in the future.

Water heater went down, we were called back within an hour and had Jeff, their technician onsite in 2 hours. Jeff helped us navigate a recall on components for our water heater and came back within 2 days to install once the parts arrived.

We were so impressed, we had all three of our toilets replaced and other water related features addressed.
