They came twice to our house, once to unclog our kitchen sink, the next time, to unclog our toilet. Both times they were timely and efficient. I knew the cost upfront and I am completely satisfied with the work performed.

Oliver and Luis were very responsive during Super Bowl weekend, when we discovered a water heater tank leak. They were able to give us a next day appointment, and arrived right on time. They were super respectful and helped us understand what the problems were and laid out the various options we had. Oliver from Golden Bay Plumbing fixed a leaking shower for me that was a particularly stubborn and hard-to-diagnose problem. Throughout the process Oliver was professional, responsive, and proactively communicative. My first reach out to him was on a Sunday and he not only responded but came to my house to work on the problem. He offered different options, particularly when it became apparent he was going to have to cut into the tiled wall to fix the leak. He was always respectful of the property and cleaned up the work site after each visit. He is a diligent worker and his prices are very fair. At the end he left me with a better shower than when he arrived. It is said that every cloud has a silver lining. The silver lining on the leaky shower cloud for me is that I found a great plumber who I will call upon straight away for future plumbing needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Oliver.

Called company for sewer main clog. They came out and we’re unsuccessful with the repair. The low rating is for the simple fact of the plumber leaving the job without installing the cap. All dirty water was draining on the side of my house. When called them back out to install the cap they flat out refused to return. Installing the cap is a basic that any first year plumber should know. Poor service equals poor review. Avoid this company at all costs!
