Poor customer service...

Was able to come out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. This is maybe the 4th time we’ve used Modern Plumbing over the years and have always had a good experience.

I called and spoke to Danny and provided me a quote to have some plumbing work done at my house. His prices are very competitive to other plumbing companies therefore I decided to go through with his offer. He dispatched one of his techs “Joseph”, he arrived at my house during the time frame he said he would and had the work done in no time. Thank you, guys.

The electricity in my living room and bedroom went out. I contacted laser and they sent a person out within 2 hours to repair the issue. I'm happy with their service they're nice and reasonable. I will call them agaif I have issues

Unfortunately Mr Handyman was unable to rehang my storm door due to screws were damaged and the whole door was going to need to be replaced. Because I am soon going to get all around doors and windows replaced, I elected to just remove the door until then. I do so APPRECIATE the timeliness of their response to my inquiry. And above all the HONESTY AND INTEGRITY about what they could and could not do. Even though we did not do business with each other, I was impressed with this.

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Came on behalf of home warranty.(Water Heater) took some pics.
Said it was beyond repair, will let warranty company know.
My husband took a look with his hands found the problem. BAM $30.00
from Amazon I have hot water!!!!
