Juan Carlos was incredible! He was not only wonderful at communicating with us, but he got here fast, he was kind, cheerful, and respectful of our home. He fixed our toilet in about 20 minutes, he set up a clean area around the whole bathroom to ensure he wouldn’t make any mess, and left the bathroom almost cleaner than he got to it!
