My goodness. A bunch of good plumbers! They have been at my home twice in different times. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Armin was on time. Very professional. Took care of the problem with the toilet. And checked everything to make sure there were no leaks or any other problems. I have used Superior plumbing several times before and will keep doing it.

Diamond Certified? Really?

I called this morning Tuesday July 24th to verify my time window of 9 to 1. I was told yes that’s the time and you are the first dispatch once the plumber comes in. I called at 0910 this morning. I just called to see what’s going on it’s 1140 now and I’m told the plumber had an incident with his truck and it won’t be ready for an hour.

So Diamond Certifed and considerate of my time? Why would you not call me that something had happened and the job did not dispatch out yet. Instead i have to call 2 1/2 hours later.

If we were not forced to use you by Fidelity Home Warryanty I am not sure why we would. Then I ask so will someone be here by 1 as promised? He will call you when on the way.

If company management is reading this, does this sound like diamond certified service to you?

The first place I call. They're always professional, do great work, and explain what the problem is and what work is needed before doing it.

Having to call a plumber is rarely an enjoyable experience, especially when dealing with an emergency like your sewer lines backing up, but they managed to make things as easy as they possibly can be !

They went above and beyond, managed to get someone on site the very same day both times I had to call them.

The person I had on the phone was nice and courteous, and the technicians I met were professional, showed up on time, and took the time to explain/show me the issue, and made sure everything was fully solved befire leaving !

This would already have been more than satisfying, but they truly went the extra mile when they contacted our home warranty which was an absolute nightmare to deal with, and managed to get things straightened out to get our claim approved/expedited on more than one occasion !

While I hope not to have to call them again anytime soon, they'll be my first call if needed, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, efficient, and professional plumbing solution !

We had serious plumbing issue with kitchen clog backed up all the way to the mainline for more than 3 days, with multiple plumbing companies being sent to us by home warranty but they could not solve the problem. And we were stuck unable to use kitchen for all these days. At the end Ignacio and Rudy from Superior Plumbing came to our rescue and cleared up the whole mess. Not only that, they taught us about our drain network underneath the house and how to maintain that. They were not only competent and knowledgeable but very decent gentleman as well. We highly recommend them to anyone.

I noticed my bathtub faucet was leaking and called Superior Plumbing. They were able to send a plumber out on the same day to fix the leak. Armin was very professional and friendly. He identified the root problem of the leakage, replaced the faulty part, and fixed the leak all within an hour. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing if you have a problem.

They gave an estimate that my warranty didn't cover and my roommate, who is a Jackie of all trades, cried foul on most of their extra charges. Got a second company who quoted out of pocket fees 25% of what they were asking (600 down to 150)

On time and solved my issue quickly.

Fast, convenient, professional, knowledgeable staff help resolve as issue with a defective water heater. Process included removing, driving it to the store with me to exchange it and reinstalling it. So far no leaks detected.

Professional. Found missing parts in my sink drain that was causing leak that 2 other companies could not find (perhaps if they actually looked under sink)

Brian called ahead and was very polite and explained what he would be doing to repair the toilet and install the new faucet. I appreciated his knowledge and also agreed to new valves on both the sink and toilet. I will definitely continue to use Superior, this is my second good experience with them. I plan to ask for Brian again as well.

Great customer service.  We found out our kitchen sink drain pipe, located under the floor in the crawlspace, broken on July 4th.  The next morning we called Superior Plumbing and they sent David and Rudy over by 9:30 a.m.  David suited up and made the repair and also strapped the pipe.  He showed us the photo of the repaired pipe. He even checked the dishwasher pipe while he was in the crawlspace.  They were very professional, efficient and friendly.  We highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Drain.

My Takagi tankless water heater was going out and I had a slew of new guests arriving. It was time to be proactive and replace it to avoid a disaster. I looked up reviews on Consumer Checkbook. Most of the highly-acclaimed companies were booked out for many weeks. At the bottom of the list (Superior alphabetically) and at the end of a long and frustrating afternoon of making calls, I called Superior. They said that somebody could come out the next day and give me an estimate. The charge would be $49. At that point, I was happy to pay it. Mark was there, on time, the very next morning. He definitely had lots of experience and was willing to work with my preference for the latest (condensate-producing) Takagi model which had great reviews. We agreed on a quite reasonable price and Mark was again there the following morning, with his assistant Andreas. They made short order of the whole operation. Mark's soldering and the whole final result is fit for a museum. My guests had just arrived the morning they came. After only one hour with the water shut off, the guests were told they could flush toilets. Just as soon thereafter, my guests were praising the hot, hot water. The $49 estimate was applied to the total. Thank you Superior Plumbing and thank you Mark and Andreas for the quickly executed, SUPERIOR job.

Vincent Esquivel did a horrible job with our home's plumbing needs. Also, he is such a lazy person -- always ghosting us the day before he's supposed to come for the next phase. He never finished the job. 0/10 would not recommend.

I would not recommend this company if you have an electric water heater! Rheem said they could help replace my defective water heater. Not True! They do not work with electric water heaters, only gas units. Beware!

Superior Plumbing installed a new sewer lateral at my house. It was a very difficult job, involving trenching through dry, rocky soil, installing multiple cleanouts, and removal of concrete. Their crew was very professional, trustworthy, and left my yard clean and free of debris. Their price for the job was very reasonable, beating other bids I received by a wide margin, while still providing excellent service.

I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get a sewer lateral installed or replaced.

Had a tankless water heater emergency. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but they refused to help me and referred me to Superior Plumbing instead. And I'm so glad they did. The ladies on the phone were very nice and helped calm me down because yeah, I was totally freaking out. Plumbing repairs on these units are very expansive or they have to be replaced (also very expensive). My technician Mark came. He was very nice and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and was able to repair it very quickly. He also taught me some new things about my tankless that I didn't know and how to keep it running it's best. I'm going to be installing a cleaning system with him at a later date which will save me lots of money and headaches in the future. This is a great company with great people working for them. I highly recommend them!

Great efficient job done by Adrian Gonzoles this morning purchasing and installing new toilet and bathroom faucets on Bristol in Foxboro Downs. Called yesterday for estimate and got immediate appointment today and job done by lunchtime. Very professional; and courteous service. I highly recommend them.

Mark was very courteous and very professional. I would definitely go with this business again for plumbing issues. The work also came with a 30-day guarantee. I just wish they had the shoe cover thing to not track dirt.
