American Home Shield sent this plumber for a leak in my bathroom. He showed up at a great time, well within the appointment window they gave me. He got the leak fixed quickly and was able to provide some advice on other minor issues we were having. Overall I had a very good experience with them.

Today, a plumber was sent to my house to replace my water heater.. #1 we were never notified about them coming, no communication is unacceptable and unprofessional..
#2 the plumber was very rude and unprofessional to my wife, talking to her with no respect and being aggressive asking for paperwork, at one point he says “ I need to use the restroom “ then walk straight into to restroom.. my wife is working from home took a call and was not in the living room, he comes out of the Bathroom and says.. “ where She Go” to my son, walking in and out of the house like he owned it!! Walking around the house like he owned it.. unprofessional!! Unraveled my 100 ft water hose to use, which it fine.. after using it.. he leaves it on my lawn.. he was a unprofessional employee..

This company has no regard to making communication a priority. Let a family go without hot water heater for 2 weeks after being paid in full

My Warranty co., AHS, called this company, for me. On 3/16/22, JR came out to check on leak under my kitchen sink. He, went under the house, thru the crawl space. Said there is a leak and was damp. Said, I need to stop using kitchen faucet to allow ground to dry and hire someone to lay plastic , for them , or they would not do any of the work. Called my worthless home warranty company to inform them I would not be putting out anymore money after paying my, monthly premium and my $100 deductible.
So, if you have a leak under your house, know that these Prissy Plumers, will not do the work unless you roll out the red carpet. I have never heard of such a thing. Still waiting on my leak to get fixed, since 3/16/22. Worthless plumbing company and warranty company.

Well as for me Mario came out to my property and was the worst plumber he was more concerned about the purchase of my home and the location it was in. Instead of fixing the problem I had no water going to my refrigerator he said it was one of two things NEVER checked it out he said the line could be abandoned or the line was clogged made a call to my home warranty and said it was an existing problem, mind you I just got my keys a week ago so how is it an existing problem when we just noticed it. NO help at all just a scammer I think he didn't want to get dirty.

Used my AHS insurance and they used hero’s plumbing. Jack came out to check the leak. He was friendly and answered all our questions. They don’t work on the issue we had but he communicated with AHS the next day because we have someone else coming out.

I was having problems with the main drain line. I called
HEROS PLUMBING and they took my call and gave me the service the same day. They sent J.R. he was very friendly and professional. J.R and his partner did the job quickly and without wasting time. J.R and his partner before leaving made sure the drain line was uncovered. They gave excellent service. I am very satisfied with the speed and professionalism with which they did their work. I will use the services of HEROS PLUMBING SERVICES again. Thank you very much for your services !!!

I had issues with my toilet and my garbage disposal and Heros Plumbing sent someone the same day I called!!!! J.R. was professional and quick!!! I had never seen such service!! I will be calling Heros Plumbing for all my plumbing issues from here on out!!!! Thanks J.R.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. My shower faucet broke late on Friday night and spewed water out all over tub and bathroom. I had to turn off main water supply. I could see that this was a repair for a professional even though I am a YouTuber DIYer. I thought to myself well it's time to use my home warranty plan. Read reviews about AHS and figured here is where I will find out how they operate. I went online to set up a weekend emergency plumbing repair and crossed my fingers. Guess what got up Saturday morning to a phone call from AHS saying the plumber was on his way..Not 5 mins later Mario from Heros plumbing shows up at the door. Man that was fast. He asks what is wrong and as I show him. He says no problem I have the parts on my truck and have the know-how to finish the job. He treated me more like a friend than a service repairman. Showed me every step he needed to take and in less than no time I had water again. AHS and Mario from Hero's plumbing you are all my hero's. Better service than I could have paid hundreds of dollars for. If anyone is reading this and on the fence about a home warranty plan with AHS. Trust this guy in telling you they are worth their weight in gold. GET IT. Thank you AHS and Mario...

I had used Heros Plumbing in the past and this time was no different; prompt, professional, informative, and courteous service. A complete job, a fantastic representative in Brent. I am 100% happy and will call them again whenever I have a concern.

AHS sent out this company after a claim for leaking shower valve, ,leak under bathroom sink and non operational garbage disposal.

Jack came out and diagnosed the issue. Goes back into his truck without saying anything and comes back and says I had to make another ticket. Fine I say thinking I already paid my co-pay. Later that evening noticed that I had a past balance due in my AHS account. Well Jack tried to get me to pay the service fee twice. AHS rep. on the phone fixed this issue.

Jack starts on the leak in master bathroom. Claims it just needed a new p-trap. He comes out 5 minutes later and says done. Great I think. Wife comes out of the bathroom after washing her hands saying there is a leak. It is leaking heavily. He never checked his work but was eager to keep it moving. Zero professionalism. Mention this to him and he pretends as if he was caught red handed and goes mute trying to fix the problem with his old trusty 39.99 brushed ryobi recip saw.

Jack goes to install the shower valves - there could be no way that he wouldn’t do a good job here? Well they are leaking when on and are much harder to turn. His solution? It’s supposed to be like that cause it’s new and will get easier over time. Yea right buddy. Plumber that came out to remedy Jack’s work says no plumbers grease was used. They are smooth like butter and are not leaking anymore.

Garbage disposal was installed without leaks but was never hooked up into power because he is “not an electrician”.

Lesson learned - don’t go back to jack

My home warranty sent out Heros Plumbing to fix my kitchen faucet. The service tech was Jack. Who arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak. I very rarely leave reviews. But this company is great. And have very competent service techs like Jack.

These young men brothers I think dad owns the place but very awesome guys got on my concern repaired it in no time professional and very courteous if I have any more concern I will be calling them Thank you

Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing repairs and/or maintenance. The office staff was professional and pleasant. JR, the tech, was super knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased with the work he did and how helpful he was when speaking with me. Excellent turnaround time and prices are better than most competitors. A+++++
