Steve came out today and fixed a leak quickly. Told me if it started leaking again to call quickly and he could fix it and save labor costs. Great job.

I used their service about a month ago. We started with a different company but after spending over $300 for them to attempt to fix the same issue, Steve came out and was able to identify the real problem in no time. It was great to work with an honest and local business. We have not had a problem since their visit. Thanks Steve!

Was very rude on the phone when I called him for help. He said that if would be a week before he he could get to me. I asked if it was an emergency he said A WEEK. You would think if he wanted his money that bad he would be yell at people on the phone. Learn to be nice and you will get a lot better!!!! That's what my mom always said.

Plumber comes out to find gas leak, couldn't find it, so he hands me a bill for $260 and tells me to call another plumber who has the time to find it.

Rude.
Took them twice to fix a simple toilet problem and the second time when they fixed the actual problem the tech bitched about it the whole time.
All they had to do was remove the tank and replace the gasket from the tank to the toilet. A 15 minute job for a plumber - NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Service repair man was very curious. For the trouble call I had, very pricey. I guess he see my house and desired I had money. Boy is he wrong, he is dealing with a retiree.
