I was very disappointed in my limited experience with this company. I had an outdoor faucet that I couldn’t get to completely shut off, and needed to get someone out to fix it. I made the call on a Monday morning to schedule an appointment. I was contacted back late Monday afternoon and the first available time that worked was Thursday. I was told they would contact me that day to let me know when they would be out. The day passed without a single phone call or person showing up. I ended up having to call back on Friday to ask what the deal was. Since they use an answering service, they were only able to make a note and send it to the company to have someone call me back. I didn’t end up hearing back until the following Monday morning, although there was no explanation as to why no one ever called or came by. By this point I had already made the decision to go with another company as it had now been an additional week of my outdoor water running. While I appreciate that they did finally call (after having to call and complain), I was frustrated and disappointed that they couldn’t even bother to say they weren’t going to make the appointment date that was scheduled.
