Jay did a great job and was extremely easy to work with. Real personable and respected the asks we had when he arrived. Did a thorough job and took photos of everything he was seeing and or repairing underneath our house so that we could see what he was seeing. He let me know moving forward if we ever have any issues with our plumbing that we can come to him. Would and will definitely work with Jay and Hardtimes Plumbing again for any plumbing issues we have.

If you want an honest, competent, kind, timely and very friendly couple of plumbers in your house, you need to call J Rowe Plumbing! We were very fortunate to have Jason and Jose Antonio come to the house to help us assess our issues. I'm so glad that we listened to some friends from The Church at Rush Creek. They also highly recommended this company and I totally agree! We will be calling J Rowe again when we are ready to add a bathroom to our attic!

Scheduled an 8am water heater installation. 8am on the dot they knocked!
Technicians were very helpful. Answered any questions I had and gave me pointers on annual maintenance. Great experience overall and I'd definitely go through them again for any plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical projects! Great job guys.

Donald is very honest - I did not end up needing a plumber for my problem - it was with the tile and shower stall and he helped me determine the problem and figure out what to do about it even though it did not involve a job for him. I will definitely hire him when I need a plumber again. Very courteous and professional.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair.
