Big Blade Sewer Services

Larry was great! Super friendly and trustworthy. We were referred by other family members that use him when needed. He located and cleared our clogged pipes. Price was very reasonable. Same day service. Called in at 9. Larry was there by noon. We would recommend everyone to give him a call if needed.

I was so scared of getting screwed over by a plumbing company! I'm so lucky and grateful I chose Big Blade! And I LOVE Larry that came out to fix our toilets! He is a great person to have on their team! He found a cheaper way out (which isnt always possible, but in my circumstance it was) and I'm so grateful I was able to have such a good experience as well as 2 fixed toilets!!

Oh! And they came same day in less than an hour!

We are so glad to have been referred to Big Blade. The plumber we normally use does not have the equipment to clear sewer blockages & recommended Big Blade to us. A blockage had developed over time that we weren’t able to get to clear on our own w/ multiple attempts to rent a snake and clear the line. The blockage required someone that really has the experience & know how to keep at it until it is finally cleared. We called one afternoon & Big Blade was able to come out the next morning. They were respectful of our time schedule & offered additional great advice. We very much appreciate Big Blade!

I've used Big Blade several times of the years at different properties and have been very satisfied but recently, they've been a No-Show & No-Call. I don't know why. I've had to call other professionals after being stood up.

Had another Service lined up for an 11:00am Service Call for plumbing repair....After Speaking with a Business Associate around 9am that same morning...they Referred Big Blade here....Called - Set up Same Day Service...said it would be early Afternoon....so I went with referral and cancelled other service....3:00pm rolls around..Called to check on ETA....was told things got a little backed up....but it WOULD be today...and they would call in a bit....It is 6:00pm now...NO SHOW - NO CALL - and Phone Call goes to Voice Mail. Cancelled a LOT to do today to have Repair done....Next Free time available may be a few days from now....Thanks Big Blade for wasting a FULL Day of my time.

Great company. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The guy was very nice and professional. Pricing was great. Job was clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I called and left a message. They didn't return my call to schedule anything. I ended up choosing another company.
