Robert did an outstanding job upgrading our 2 Bowl Sink to a new Single Bowl Sink! Looks great and came out same day and took less than 2 hours! Tammy helped us schedule everything over the phone in less than five minutes as well! Definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for awesome plumbing services!

I have used this company for the last 2 months and they had been great in responding to what I need. My first service was to repair some plumbing to my shower. They send out Robert to help me out and he was nice enough to stay till the job was done. He even went out to get the parts that was missing and came back to finish it. Than just the other day my water heater went out, and again they were responsive and came out the next day and got me put in a new water heater. This company is fair on price and they get it done the same day they come out to finish the job. If you call in ask for Robert to come out to help you out.

I can't sing their praises enough. They were quick to respond to our calls & have followed up to double check their work.
We called Hard Times because they are local & we want to support local businesses.
We called our last plumbers, whom we paid several thousand dollars less than 10 months ago & got no call back at all. We called them 3 times & nothing.
Hard Times is an excellent company to do business with.

I used them before and they charged $500.00 for a short pipe unclogging. Called them again and they were rude and OVERPRICED! $450.00 dollars per hour for emergency plumbing!!!! Called another company and they only charge $200 for a service call. NOT CALLING AGAIN

Jay did a great job and was extremely easy to work with. Real personable and respected the asks we had when he arrived. Did a thorough job and took photos of everything he was seeing and or repairing underneath our house so that we could see what he was seeing. He let me know moving forward if we ever have any issues with our plumbing that we can come to him. Would and will definitely work with Jay and Hardtimes Plumbing again for any plumbing issues we have.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but was just absolutely blown away by Bob's service at Hard Times Plumbing. He was extremely informative and went straight to work. He had no problem answering questions while working and explained any concerns he had while working on our sewage pipes. I spoke with the owner last night about an emergency situation and he was extremely honest and helpful. They didn't push unneeded services and just all around helpful.

Rick was professional and went above and beyond to fix our plumbing problems. I was lucky to find a plumber at 9 PM on a Monday night and Rick stayed until midnight and he fixed our problem. He suggested a more permanent solution and we hope to get this done ASAP. Pricing is fair and quality is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Eric and Eric showed up same day for a delivery line leak that I had already attempted to fix. After a quick parts run after trying an unsuccessful quick fix, Eric had fixed the leak within 20 mins. Not only was I impressed with the quick service the repair was done the correct way that he and I believe won't leak again. Their professional knowledge and hard work guarantees my first call for future plumbing issues.

This company has been a life line for our old home. They have taught us so much about living with old pipes and when we had finally had enough of the sod clogs in our home they assessed and gave us a realistic plan on what needed to be replaced now and what we could try to wait to replace. Definitely the only company we trust. First plumbing company we had come out (before hard times plumbing) wanted to do a 20 thousand dollar repair and nothing less.

Great service! I had a kitchen sink leaking down into my backyard. Called them to get someone out here asap and not only did the technician Connor come out within 30 minutes but Eric the master plumber was able to come the same day and get the job done. I have used Hard Times Plumbing three times now and I have no complaints. They have always arrived on time and their pricing is fair. Eric even gave me a small break on the price this last time because I had just had them work on something else about two weeks ago. My old house and its aging plumbing system is making me a frequent customer! I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to plumbing, so I appreciate that Eric always explains the details of the problem found, and how he went about fixing it. He's always professional and extremely knowledgeable. My water heater is due for replacement in the not-too-distant future, and I will, without a doubt, call Hard Times Plumbing to handle it, and any other plumbing issue, for that matter.

These guys are great! The work was top notch and they are easy to work with. No one likes a plumbing issue or emergency, but these guys did a great job of explaining everything that they needed to do. They are now saved in my phone and I'll be calling them again in a few weeks to work on an issue at a business location.

Had a issue with a leaking shutoff valve. Answered the phone quickly and a rep came out first thing in the morning and fixed it quickly. I had a quote from another general big name plumber trying to do a lot of unnecessary work for 8x what I was charged here! Calling HTP first next time.

Eric! The owner of this hard times plumbing giving bad attitude when I asked him what time will his technician will be out there. He said his is a small company and they do not give specific time. But I'm sorry as small company you need to be better in every way so you can get new customer so you can beat big company.

Eric and his crew go above and beyond the call of duty in this line of business. His 25 plus years of experience shined full from phone cal to the end of the job, on a Sunday night no less!
Sure, you might pay a little more for a Sunday evening emergency call, but it was money well spent.
The job was diagnosed as a sewer drain pipe clean that was clogged. When they arrived, they were all business and got the job done fast and we were most pleased!
Hard Times Plumbing is the only plumbing company we'll ever call.

I called out ARS for a busted pipe before hearing of Hard Times, and was told that the repair would also involve several other fixes at the same time. I called out Eric with Hard Times, who not only quoted all of that same work for a much lower price, but also told me that only the small pipe repair was actually needed. They were on time, quick to complete their work, and friendly guys. Thank you so much!
