Best Plumbers in Tulsa, OK

Had these guys come out and do a check-up on my furnace today. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything they were doing, even found an issue with how the drain was plumbed that would have caused me an issue down the road. I highly recommend them, and they are running a $25 off special right now.

Hired for a full basement finish. At first things were ok. My only complaint was they sent out one guy to do the job. He was very prompt every morning for about 8 weeks until one day his foreman showed up asking for more money in his words So he could feed his men. That wasn't in the contract but I gave a little anyway. He gave me a sob story about how the receptionist quit and left the office in disarray. After that things got strange. I had no shows and late shows and even working for a couple hours then leaving. I had had enough and told them to leave. Manager called back wanted to make it right. Said a bunch of men quit he was the new head guy so I gave him a chance to make things right. He worked 4 days and got most of it done. I hired my son-in-law to complete everything else. The craftsmanship is really not professional at all. Communication is awful. Cleanliness is not a strong point. I had trash everywhere outside and the trash container was overflowing. No plastic was put up in the basement so may HVAC unit needs cleaning. And when I called to make final payment the foreman that supposedly quit answered. He told me to call back and he would let the receptionist answer. (It had been forwarded to his phone.) I call back and you guessed it the receptionist that supposedly quit answered the phone. ALL of it was very unprofessional and just strange. Running off a shoe string. I can not recommend. Although they did knock off 25% of the final bill from all the headache they put me through.

I had an appointment with them on 9/18/20 from 10am-2pm. They never showed up, and they never called. They were working thru Sears Home Warranty. He did call and tell Sears that he was behind and would Not be able to come to my house until 8/21. He is not reliable and doesn’t show professional curtesy

We have used Cities1plumbing at Neumanns bar many times. They have put in air conditioning units, a boiler and fixed many plumbing issues we have had. They are very timely and very knowledgeable in anything we have needed. They have done a good job with my business & at my house i have had them do all the plumbing when we added a bathroom in our basement. I would recommend them to anyone every guy that has come out from this company has been very good at getting things done.

Bizzy Bee Plumbing is the only plumber I call. Their employees are skilled, show up on time and answered all our questions. The tech kept me informed as the job progressed and their prices are very affordable! They even cleaned up and my house looked like they were never there! They are by far the best plumbing company I have worked with!

I was desperate calling him late night on a Saturday night. My kitchen sink was leaking and would not drain. Jon said he would come out the next day even in the horrible storm. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed it quickly and told me what he was doing while he was working. Will definitely use him again and refer him.

Quick and efficient, he listened to our problem, and before we had finished talking, already understood what needed to be done to fix our drainage issue and tackled it. I called to have some work done In my bathroom because it was being remodeled. I had zero problems with the work they did. Me and my husband are beyond satisfied with their efficiency and their professionalism.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

Aqua mechanical was sent to help repair a toilet leak by a warranty company and ultimately caused a greater problem. After telling me I would be refunded, ultimately the paperwork and charges were messed up, leading to hours on the phone with the warranty company and an unpaid debt to dispute due to improperly processing a refund.

Avoid utilizing the company. The technician was polite but ultimately that's not everything.
