This company ghosted me. At first they were very responsive and came out and gave me a written estimate for work. Pricing seemed high but I needed the work done. I scheduled the work for a few weeks later, and bought the materials that the technician listed out for me on the quote. On the day of the appointment, I got an automated e-mail confirmation, but no one showed up. I called about 20 minutes after the appointment time, and the staff said they would call me back. No one ever called me or followed up after that.
I get that technicians may have things happen and need to reschedule appointments, but communication is absolutely key. You can't just not show up and not call. The staff at the office should have at least called me back to let me know what was going on and whether we could reschedule, but I got absolutely nothing. The company showed no respect for my time at all, and I'm pretty sure if I did this to someone they would charge me.
