Handyman Connection came out to our house recently to install new light fixtures. I was so happy with the whole experience! From estimate, to installation, to follow-up, the whole experience was very easy. All the employees I interacted with were super professional and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them for work you need done around the house!

My husband and I were needing to make repairs to the soffits and ended up needing a new roof on the back part of our home before it sold. We contacted Handyman Connection after hearing great reviews and we were not let down. The owner, Jeremiah, was extremely professional, answered all our questions, helped us figure out what we needed and he had a gentleman out to do the estimate within a day or so. The repairs were within a week and it was finished before we knew it. The work was complete and seamless from the existing roof to the addition. The paint was straight and matched. It was a quick job and the craftsman did amazing! I will definitely be using them for our new home and the many projects we need done and want done right, the first time. Great home-town company!

Jamie and his sidekick Matt did a great job installing 4 interior doors in my basement. One of the doors needed enlarged to accommodate a washer and dryer, and their knowledge of woodworking made it look easy. One of the things that I really liked about them is that they spent good effort cleaning up once they were finished. Like most of us, nobody wants to pick up the mess after the construction team leaves... we just want the finished product. Thanks Jamie and Matt for helping out my family and I in an expeditious manner.

I like the professionalism of my handyman he showed up on time; he knew what job needed to be done and I can tell that was his mind frame. To do the task at hand! He didn't asked me any questions; he had a very quiet demenor about himself. I appreciate how he keep the area clean that he was working in.

Hired for a full basement finish. At first things were ok. My only complaint was they sent out one guy to do the job. He was very prompt every morning for about 8 weeks until one day his foreman showed up asking for more money in his words So he could feed his men. That wasn't in the contract but I gave a little anyway. He gave me a sob story about how the receptionist quit and left the office in disarray. After that things got strange. I had no shows and late shows and even working for a couple hours then leaving. I had had enough and told them to leave. Manager called back wanted to make it right. Said a bunch of men quit he was the new head guy so I gave him a chance to make things right. He worked 4 days and got most of it done. I hired my son-in-law to complete everything else. The craftsmanship is really not professional at all. Communication is awful. Cleanliness is not a strong point. I had trash everywhere outside and the trash container was overflowing. No plastic was put up in the basement so may HVAC unit needs cleaning. And when I called to make final payment the foreman that supposedly quit answered. He told me to call back and he would let the receptionist answer. (It had been forwarded to his phone.) I call back and you guessed it the receptionist that supposedly quit answered the phone. ALL of it was very unprofessional and just strange. Running off a shoe string. I can not recommend. Although they did knock off 25% of the final bill from all the headache they put me through.

Jeremiah and his crew repaired our flooring from from a sewage backup in our basement. They also repaired our drywall where water damage was found. The crew overall did an excellent job.

My first experience was excellent but the next one was horrible.

I have had several projects done to my home. Ugo did the tile work in my kitchen and bathroom. He did an excellent job. Mark took out and redid a door and doorframe. He is an excellent craftsman doing wood work. Handyman Connections took care of everything I needed done from tile, wood work, to totally remolding my kitchen, new front door and storm to some electrical and plumbing work. Everything I needed done and done well was all through them. Jeremiah is great to work with and will make sure you are happy with the end results. I will definitely call them for my next home project!

Had drains put in my yard to prevent flooding. Johnny was very excellent with his customer service courtesy and fairness in price. Also, the job was excellent thank you.

This company ghosted me. At first they were very responsive and came out and gave me a written estimate for work. Pricing seemed high but I needed the work done. I scheduled the work for a few weeks later, and bought the materials that the technician listed out for me on the quote. On the day of the appointment, I got an automated e-mail confirmation, but no one showed up. I called about 20 minutes after the appointment time, and the staff said they would call me back. No one ever called me or followed up after that.

I get that technicians may have things happen and need to reschedule appointments, but communication is absolutely key. You can't just not show up and not call. The staff at the office should have at least called me back to let me know what was going on and whether we could reschedule, but I got absolutely nothing. The company showed no respect for my time at all, and I'm pretty sure if I did this to someone they would charge me.

I’m not quite sure what changed because they were so great with the initial call and appointment to look at my project. The lady that took my request and the guy they came out to look at my project were both great. They came out on a Thursday and they said I would have a quote on Monday. I followed up a week after I was supposed to receive the quote and was told they were waiting on one bid. I tried calling multiple times over the next couple of weeks and never could get anyone at the local office. I finally received an email from a manager that said they were still waiting on a bid but would be passing on my project. I replied back asking if I could get the quote without the last piece of the bid. No reply. They were highly recommended by a friend but I won’t be reaching out to them anymore.

Very poor at communicating and following through on things. Felt like he was pointing the finger or blaming other people, even us, or would come up with excuses for not getting things done. I think the job was too big for him and instead of letting us know, he kept leading us on thinking he was getting things done. Did not complete even the simplest project in 4 months. Handyman was a waste of our time and money.

Great experience working with Handyman connection. Scott and David came out 1st thing in the morning. They were even running a few mins late and called to let me know. This was great because I had contacted multiple other handymen that stated they would come out to bid the job and then no showed, no called. Handyman connection was quick to respond and showed up when they said they would. Scott and David, explained the whole process to me and did a great job! Would definitely do business again!

I had Handyman Connections come out for a number of small projects around the house. They were very prompt and responsive. Super professional and did a great job. Recommend them to anyone.
