I had gas leaks repaired. This occurred at very busy time for plumbers and Torch was one of the few plumbing companies that even returned my call.The technician, Will, was thorough and wanted to be sure I was pleased, left the area professionally neat. Overall I was very pleased and Torch will be my repair service for all of my heat, air and plumbing needs. Thank you

Denny did a good task when I contacted in and inquired about having an issue with my HVAC, He explained what was to be expected was prompt with scheduling me an appointment, He showed Passion and concern about what worked best for me and what was the fastest way to get my system up and running correctly. Nate, was excellent He went above and beyond to explain to me what the issue was and how the issue could be fixed He explained everything in detail and he explained it in terms that I could understand he even went as far as showing me pictures of my issue and what it was supposed to look like! Brock was paid up front to complete a number of things in our home. He completed a portion of the items, and it was quality work. Unfortunately he stopped answering our phone calls and never completed the work that was paid for. Eventually he responded and acted like he didn’t know who we were. We had to file a dispute with our bank to recover $600 that Brock took from us. If you’re looking for a good plumber, I would recommend you find one with more integrity.

I live in BA and had a toilet that didn't want to drain. Cody, then Mike (the owner) and Zeke came out and still couldn't get it to drain. Then Mike called Joshua out here with the Big Gun's. Still couldn't get it. Who ever built this house didn't accommodate access so that Normal techniques of drain cleaning could be accomplished. After nearly three hour's of professional and dedicated get the job done attitude they went through the sink drain adjacent to the troublesome toilet and Voila...the toilet started to drain. Through all of this they maintained professional, courteous and friendly attitude and didn't charge me an arm and a leg when they got the job done.

I highly recommend Total Plumbing and Drain for your plumbing needs and I will definitely will use them again should the need arise.

My neighbor used this company to replace their tie in to the city sewer main. They drove over the fence instead of asking us to remove or move it out of the way, so we had to pay over $1k out of pocket to build a new fence. Then the 12 foot hole they excavated was not backfilled and packed properly, so after the new fence was constructed, there is now a six foot by seven foot wide sink hole that is about a foot deep in my yard. The new fence has a post in that hole, so the fence is now sagging as well.

What was the response during the whole project? That is not our responsibility.

My advice, hire a different plumber that will hire a professional excavation company if excavation work is needed. Faking the ability to dig and fill a hole properly is not a good business practice. I cannot speak as to their effectiveness as plumbers though.
