Used Ken Sapp Plumbing to replace a bathroom faucet. I thought they were coming to look at the job but once here, decided to just go ahead and replace it. I was very happy as it was my only shower. I'm not sure if I have used this service before, but I just wanted to let the owner know that the address showing up on google search is wrong. I was doing a search on my house address and your business name showed up with my house address. I am sure it was a mistake but you might want to get that corrected or your customers might show up at my house looking for your business...just trying to help you out!

Let me say when our faucet was installed a couple of years ago the service was great. We have tried to contact them since and no response.
Our last try was leaving a message 5 days ago and no call back. Too bad they don't want business anymore.
