Fast service reliable and reasonably priced

We called about a small amount of sewage backing up from our basement floor drain. Ryan came out the same morning and inspected our sewer line with a camera. He showed us part of our old clay pipes had broken under our front yard and would need to be replaced. They scheduled the repair for a few days later.

Ryan came out that morning and repaired the pipe within a day. He was very professional and friendly, kept us updated on his progress, and answered all our questions. He explained that they installed a vertical cleanout in the yard which will make maintenance easier in the future.

This is the second time we have hired this company, and we have been very happy with their work both times. Thank you!

We had Killeen recommended to us by my aunt after another place we contacted for a leak said they couldn't come out for over a week. Killeen was able to come out in two days. Tony from Killeen was very polite and professional. We are still being COVID cautious and he offered to put on a mask as soon as he saw I was wearing one. We had some water leak from our tub to the ceiling below. He quickly found it was cause by an overflow gasket and made the repair in the half hour minimum charge time frame! We were very happy with the service and will recommend Killeen to anyone needing a plumber.
