Never showed up for a scheduled appointment. Unable to contact.

Benjamin is prompt, courteous and does a good job. We’ve had 3 different plumbing services performed and are satisfied with the results. We will call On Time Plumbing again.

Canceled 1st appointment at last minute, after we had to miss work to meet him. Then the next day he requested we send him 85.00 via Venmo and pictures of our toilet. Then he was a no-show on Friday. Then he tells our Warranty Company that we no-showed. We hired a professional Plumbing company to resolve the broken bolt. HORRIBLE COMPANY ‘ON TIME PLUMBING’

This company accepted a job through my warranty company and have canceled and rescheduled every time they set up an appointment. It's been since May 25th. Today was the last straw. This was the last text, I know we keep changing times on you and I am sorry. usually I don’t work on the weekends but I am going to set up a day this weekend just for you so we can knock out all of your stuff. How is Saturday morning? If you would rather not use us I do understand.
I just wanted the leak to be fixed so I could use the bathroom and responded that it was fine, and at this point, he was pretty much family. We set up a time of 10 today(July 29). He texted at 0730 asking for my address again, and I responded. At 1018 I called and it went to voice-mail...I called again at 1041 letting them know to just cancel the job as they are obviously not interested in doing it. I just wish they would have said something sooner instead of wasting my time. I wanted to do business with these guys.

Benjamin of OnTime Plumbing was thorough, professional, and reasonable. I will be using this company again.
