They converted my house to refrigerated air. They were quick and friendly. Had issues this past summer during the rain storms, called and left a VM, never received a call back

I am so happy to have found Michael, who not only offers a range of services including both plumbing AND electrical, but who is a true problem-solver. We live in an old house and our systems are sometimes a little confounding, but Michael always happily figures it out for us.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The man they sent said my motor needs to be replaced. I presented him with two motors, one that I bought that day (to save time and money), and one that a friend had given me (he never used it). The man told me neither will fit, and he'll have to come back tomorrow with one that does.
The next morning this guy calls and says that they'll have to order me a new motor, because one isn't available in stock, or in stores here around town. It will take about a week for the motor to arrive and will cost me three hundred and some dollars (labor not included). I knew I was being played with at that point. I told him forget it, I'll find a motor on my own and someone to replace it.
I got brave and learned how to replace the motor on my own. Turns out the motor I purchased from Home Depot (for about $75) did fit, contrary to what Four Star Mechanical told me. I wrote them a letter to vent my frustration, and sent it by mail with the check for payment for what was a wasted hour of their time. Two weeks after the check was cashed, I still have yet to hear back from them.
I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

When my AC died during a recent heatwave, I was not optimistic about getting quick service. I called several companies and Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling sent someone out that same day. Carlos, who answered the phone, was just terrific and really listened to my needs. He truly wanted to help me.When Kevin arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and gave me clear information about my choices and the cost of each choice. As he began the repair, he explained each step to me. He was professional and pleasant and answered all of my questions. Next time I require service, they will be my first call!

The guys that came out to fix my water heater were great! Very nice and did a great job. The office however was terrible. I waited three weeks for a water heater which I understand, everything is taking so long to be shipped. I got no follow up calls and absolutely no communication. Every time I called to follow up her response was âI was just about to call youâ. I paid $658 for an âinspectorâ and was told she would send me a receipt through email. I have had to follow up multiple times to request my receipt and still nothing. She claimed she would schedule the inspector and give me a call. I still have not heard anything about this apparent inspector that I paid $658 for!
