Great service.

I have been very happy with Copperstone plumbing and piping systems. Over the last year or so they have installed a HVAC mini-split heating and cooling system, replaced our shower piping and hardware, and installed 3 inline water filters for the house. They do great work and are my go to guys for anything I need done like this. I think their prices are very fair and they also have helped me figure out the best options for my needs and budget. We hope to remodel our kitchen sometime this year and I will definitely have Copperstone on the job. Thanks Chris and Mike

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

They came on short notice to fix my broken toilet. They did a great job, came when they said they would, gave an accurate quote over the phone and had the whole think done in half an hour! Will use again!

Had a backed up Sewer line from the house to the street, it was a mess. Called them up on a friday afternoon, 30 minutes later they were running a snake through my sewer line and fixed the problem in no time flat.

The owner was very nice, and gave honest and frank answers to some questions I had.

My mom had a leak at her gas meter. She called Manuel at Austin's gas plumbing and drain service they came out immediately. Awesome workmanship and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend manual in his crew at Austin gas, plumbing and drain services.

John and Jake went above and beyond to install new AC and furnace in two days. They were also very friendly and personable people. Our evaporative cooler broke and it was way oversized so replacing it wasn't gonna be easy or cheap. Mario helped us explore our options and when we decided to switch to ac he went with what was most cost effective without sacrificing the needs to cool or heat our house. After the installation was complete I can't express how pleased we are with the job and services performed by them and we do recommend them over the big names like wagner and tlc

Our air conditioning system was not working and we are new to town. I called the first HVAC company and they said I needed to replace my entire compressor unit for a cost of $10,688.00. They said the unit was not worth repairing although it is 4 years old. I called Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and Larry came over the following day. He replaced the fan on the compressor and had my system working that day for a cost of $915.00. I can't say enough good things about this company and Larry's abilities.

Gavin has fixed two plumbing issues for me over the past month (air conditioner and a leaky drain). I cannot emphasize the fantastic quality of service he provides. First, Gavin is considerate of my schedule and is very communicative and punctual. I have not had to block out an afternoon for plumbing. He is here when he says he will be. Secondly, Gavin has always explained the problem to me in detail and explained the reasoning behind his solution. As a single woman- this is an amazing attribute I truly appreciate. Additionally, he has helped me pick up parts and directed me in purchasing so that I can save money. My house is never a mess when he leaves and the entire service is a pleasant experience.
