Best Plumbers in New Mexico

I have been using them for years for my 2 properties in Albuquerque and referring them to our HOA, but lately they went down hill. They keep messing up the schedule, there is no communication among themselves, they don't return calls, and I feel that they are gouging. Their hourly prices are huge for New Mexico. I will be looking for a competitor and will not refer them to our HOA. Customer service is very important to me, and they are not providing a good one.

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

I had a leak on my swamp cooler and the technician took really good care of me in a timely manner.

Joe arrived right on time, fixed our clogged bathroom sink drain at no charge. Diagnosed our leaking shower head problem, went to get new part (cartridge) replaced it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will use again.

I have used Juan and STA plumbing for a number of years across several of my rental properties. He has always gotten the job done, and ben very fair on prices. He's always my 1st call and I have never had to make a 2nd call.

I am very greatful that when I called Central Plumbing, I was able to get my problem resolved the same day especially on a Friday. I had called different places, and no one was available until the following Monday. I really recommend them.

My go to plumber for years. He can do it all and the best value in Albuquerque.

Tried calling and talking to him about a problem... maybe he's was just having a bad day, but I got the impression that he's just an awful person.
Please check other review sites though, nothing I could find appeared recent, so maybe it's just the current owner.

Nate was here all day putting in our hot water heater. It was very cold outside and he still managed to be professional kind and happy. It was a rough job and he had to bring the hot water heater up to code in a very small spot. He let us know when he turn the water off and on so we would have water in the home. The most I could do was offer him hot soup and hot tea along with his apprentice and they were very happy to have that. I would highly recommend him he was very neat, clean and uplifting. The salesperson told me false information to get me to purchase solar panels. Juan was his first name. He no longer works for Goodleap, and I complained but no one would address my concerns.
