They came and stopped a major water leak. Then returned to upgrade our plumbing so as to not have any additional problems. Highly recommend.

I am undergoing a kitchen renovation, and called to schedule a quote for a natural gas line to be run to my oven range. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike returned my call and made it out to visit the house the next business day.
I had several other electrical and A/C issues ongoing as well, and Mike was very kind to help me troubleshoot the A/C system installed incorrectly by another company. He got it working for me in mere minutes, and gave me a referral to an electrician who could correct the electrical issues. Now I can cancel the service call I have scheduled with the OTHER HVAC company who incorrectly installed and wired the A/C to begin with, and couldn't make it out for over a week.
It is amazing to find such helpful individuals who are willing to spend a few extra minutes to meet a customer's needs. I will be switching to this company for any further HVAC. Excellent customer service.

We had a water leak that needed immediate attention, Vince came out after hours, found the leak, and gave us options on the repair. He completed the repair with quality work, discussed what options we had for upcoming problem areas and took the time to show me the problem areas. He was honest about what needed to be attended to immediately and what needed attention in the near future so we could make plans. He gave us a realistic estimate and was able to discuss with me in a respectful manner (female-not a plumber) the repairs so that I had a clear understanding of what needs to be done. I'm very pleased that we called him.

Cutters Edge did an incredible job on my property. They helped thin out unnecessary plants, replanted in other areas that had died out and came back to do additional work I needed. The crew is polite, hardworking and delightful. Will be using them every year.

Rarely do I believe any review that are all 5 stars, but I have to say Strongbuilt LLC is a sloppy operation. Sloppy installation, it took them almost a year to get the job completed and it still doesn't work correctly.

My $19k top of the line heating/cooling system turned into a nightmare. Now when I call service I get no response. So much for the annually system checkup. That was just a sales gimmick. I truly doubt that this is a veteran owned company, but it did influence my choice of companies. My mistake. 👎👎👎👎

TLC Completed a remodel of our bathroom and vanity area which also required the removing and replacing of the subflooring and using of hydraulic bottle jacks to reinforce the foundation. Then they proceeded the remodel in terms of flooring, fixtures, texturing, painting, etc. Sam and Dylan were extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, kept us in the loop every step of the way in the remodel, and were careful and tidy when performing their tasks . They are the best. We will definitely recommend them and TLC in the future!FOLLOW UP: Sergio did an excellentjob of dealing with a problematic wall from the remodel completed in May, 2022. The wall looks amazing! He is very knowledgeable and professional!He is an asset to the TLC team!

In regards to a same-day install of a new water heater, since original unit must have busted on the bottom and was leaking into our garage. This was my second time using MCS (referred by Home Depot) and I have had nothing but excellent service from them. They have installed refrigerated air and the most recent visit was a new water heater. From installation to inspection, they manage everything. Robert was the technician and he did a great job with the R&R of my water heater! Even the way he fabricated the piping looked like he was doing the job in his personal home! He could have run the lines directly from wall to unit, but that would have taken some valuable space in our garage. Instead he sweated several 90* angles to minimize the pipes going through the room. The company took extra time to mail me a $50 energy savings that I was unaware I had received with my unit. I’ll never hesitate to use this company again for additional services!

I know this is my 3rd review. I can't say enough good stuff. Came out fixed my mess of a swamp cooler in about an hour. I always call them when I have a problem and have never let me down.

Unprofessional staff. Didn't finish the job they advertised. Would not return calls. Had to have them come back out to fix issues. The hot water heater was replaced and they never came back out to fix the dry wall. Should have went with Pearl Mechanical as I originally got a same price estimate from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I have used Alta Plumbing before and Alta was leaps and bounds more professional and communicative than Valdez.
