Sunshine Plumbing & Heating Plumber
After waiting over 2 weeks for an appointment, I received a confirmation on Friday for my monday appointment. The service tech was to call me, for service between 12-4, I waited the ENTIRE day, with nobody calling me. After I inquired, I got the Im so sorry our tech went out there. No phone no nothing. I will NEVER use this company, and NOBODY else should either. I will NEVER recommend this business. Customer service must not have been passed down to the generation who took over this business. Thanks for wasting my day, and thanks for NOTHING.

Helped me out of a pinch when previous plumbing company left me hanging. Owner came out and gave me a price the same day, came back the next and got the job done. Passed inspection immediately and was able to move into my home. Price was more than fair 10/10 will use again and strongly recommend.

Pacheco's Plumbing & Heating Plumber
I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are really good.

We have an older house, built in the 1960s, and kitchen drain line has a shallow grade and so gets clogged with gunk rather easily. These guys went in from the vent on the roof and now that drain works better than ever.

Not only were they really good, and our drains seem to flow better than ever and there was no mess whatsoever in our home.

Their pricing was totally fair, and they were right on time.

Dr. Plumbing Plumber
This company was sent out to remove my water heater so the worker could install insulation, wallboard due to an expansion tank that blew and created water damage. The company PaulDavis Restoration sent the Plummer and strap it, the owner replaced piping etc... to bring up code. Fantastic company and I would recommend them. Everyone go online and find out what needs to be brought to code so any other plumming company don't SCAM YOU!!!

Pearl Mechanical LLC Plumber
I was recommended by family that this company is reputable but they are not. Initially they gave me an estimate which was outrageous (over a grand) so I decided to buy most of the parts they recommended. They did tell me the parts were not guaranteed. So I bought the water heater, gas line, expansion tank and the few other parts they said I needed. In the end, they did not confer with me about those new parts I bought and they only used the water heater I bought at Lowe's but not the new parts (their choice) It seemed like they were trying to save me money, which I appreciated, but now my water heater is leaking from the top. The owner Al, came out, tightened it and said it should never leak again. It did, so I called him again and he said he would come out and fix it. This was 2.5 weeks ago, (water heater is still leaking all this time BTW) NEVER said Oh by the way, we are charging you labor plus the part. I assumed since they did not use the new parts I bought, that that was on them. I called him and tried to work it out. I told him that when I called him the second time he did not tell me upfront he was charging me labor and that I needed to buy the new part. He decides to call me two days BEFORE to say, Oh btw, I am charging you labor and parts. I did not appreciate him not being upfront, assumed since they did not use the new parts I bought, that that was on them. Nooooooo, I was sadly mistaken. This company IMO is all about the $$ and not good customer service. Now I have to call someone else to come out and do the job they SHOULD have done in the first place! I am so disappointed because they came highly recommended. Don't try to reason with Al the owner either, because he will try to make you feel like it is your fault, he will raise his voice and yell at you, he even had the audacity to say to me, Oh, I knew you would say that as if the situation was my fault, when clearly, it is not. He has so much business right now his only concern is making that dough and not great customer service. I do not recommend this company.

***In response to the below reply now 3 years later. I understand that old parts need to be replaced; what I was upset about is that I never received a call that explained that or the fact that your company decided on it's own to finish the job the way you did, without giving the homeowner (myself) any information at all or the decision to let you push forth and finish the work. I spent a lot of money buying the parts and in the end, your company did not use much of what I bought, instead I feel like you just did what YOU wanted without including me, the homeowner. Next time, communicate with your customers that way we know what work you will be doing.

**Also it took this company now several years to realize the quality service they say they offer to everyone has been going down in form of reviews on the internet for everyone to see. I got a call from the owners son several years later saying his parents (Al and Pearl) didn't know about reviews and how the internet can work against their business. While the son apologized for what happened in my case, it seems only now are they trying to save their reputation because oooo it's on Google review. It looks like I'm not the only one who had had trouble with this company. If you are one who is satisfied with their service then kudos to you 👏👏👏 because I guarantee that there will be a point that if you work with them again, they will screw you over like they did me and the other gentleman who worked for them. It sounds like it was good he got out while he did and no wonder he was looking for another job, that says it all!!

Guys Plumbing & Heating Plumber
I called this Guy’s plumbing for a new swamp cooler, got an estimate for 6812 model. Days later, I asked if they can install ASAP if they can. They came , I felt great.

However the invoice I received later on was a lower quality /cheaper model, not the one I was told and paid. There was a $200 deduction and final became $3,344. I called them wondering why a different model was used? Lori said you wanted us do it earlier and we did NOT have that model. I replied : then you should let me know. And she became rude and threatened : she Could take the cooler down.

I also missed the $300 PNM rebate. Customers need to know what they get before any installation.

Gardner Plumbing & Heating Plumber
Had a new home built by D.R. Horton and this was the plumbing company that did the plumbing and HVAC. Top notch craftsmanship as all ducts were sealed properly as well as a design that provides even and quiet airflow. All piping for the plumbing was installed spot on. I owned a plumbing and HVAC business in Rio Rancho for almost 30 years and know what good quality looks like. Thank you for the great work.

Ken's Plumbing & Heating Inc Plumber
I used to love this company. The previous owner retired and now they do sorry work and the plumber tried to up charge. Spent most of his time smoking and on the cell phone. Then didn't fix the problem. Even forced reusing an old wax ring for the toilet. Estimate went double too.
