Best Businesses in Albuquerque, NM
I have been very happy with Copperstone plumbing and piping systems. Over the last year or so they have installed a HVAC mini-split heating and cooling system, replaced our shower piping and hardware, and installed 3 inline water filters for the house. They do great work and are my go to guys for anything I need done like this. I think their prices are very fair and they also have helped me figure out the best options for my needs and budget. We hope to remodel our kitchen sometime this year and I will definitely have Copperstone on the job. Thanks Chris and Mike

The people at Peoples Plumbing are very professional and have competitive pricing. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them!

They came on short notice to fix my broken toilet. They did a great job, came when they said they would, gave an accurate quote over the phone and had the whole think done in half an hour! Will use again!

I had a terrible experience with Certified Plumbing of Albuquerque and I would not recommend them for any repairs.
I called and setup an appointment with them to look at a leaking faucet. The plumber showed up and after explaining the problem he went ahead and before I could see what he was doing the supply line to the faucet was broken and he could not put the faucet back on.
Next, he spent some time trying to unscrew the supply line and then disappeared for 35 minutes to get tools to work on the pipe. He came back with the tools and still could not complete the job. He then proceeded to twist on the pipe until it could not longer be capped and then disappeared for over 45 minutes to get a part. Before he left, I stated that I needed to get back to work because it had been close to two hours and he did not actually accomplish anything. He said no problem it would be fast, but it was over 45 minutes later before he came back.
I then asked how to get on the schedule to actually put in a new supply line now that the old one had been cut and a capped. I was told to call Dave the owner. I called on the spot and left a message to see if I could get on the schedule. For the next three days I did not get a call back. Then Certified plumbing showed up for a non-confirmed appointment and then called me to complain that I was not home. I replied to Dave that I did not get a confirmation call from him and did not know if I was on the schedule. He made up an excuse that he got 150 calls that day and he forgot to call me. I also mentioned that the plumber disappeared for over 45 minutes when I explained that I needed to get back to work and Dave said that his plumber did not do that, which effectively meant he called me a liar.
I will never do business with Certified Plumbing again!

Ridiculous to charge a fee to come out and give an estimate on a project....plenty of companies out there that do not charge for an estimate to a home owner.....these type of charges are meant to tie you into the company...because they know that their pricing is way above what it should be.....unethical to to this to customers.

Wolff Heating/Cooling & Plumbing is INCREDIBLE!!! Joe Wolff, owner and licensed HVAC Pro, is *BY FAR* the BEST and most professional & knowledgeable HVAC professional with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business in my nearly 4 decades of owning multiple residences with various HVAC systems. My previous HVAC (A/C & gas heater) system in my current home completely failed after being in service about 15 years. Joe very recently came right out to my home and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for a top-of-the-line 2-Stage Heil ION HVAC system with a Honeywell control system to replace my old builder grade HVAC system. My new HVAC system is incredible!!! Temperature control and comfort are incredible and the system is SO quiet, and the physical installation is literally (no exaggeration) a work of art!!! Joe is a consummate professional who takes great pride in his work!
Joe was extremely patient, professional, and understanding in my *numerous* 1001 questions/concerns about the new system, before and during the installation (I probably drove poor Joe Wolff crazy! LOL). His answers and depth of knowledge are impressive to say the least!
I will be using Joe Wolff for ALL my HVAC and plumbing needs until Joe retires! Joe needs to clone himself! LOL All around great service! When I first returned to the Albuquerque area after having been gone a few decades, I tried some of the other competing HVAC companies with varying levels of success (you all know these companies... the ones with the HUGE advertising budgets and high overhead and you see/hear from them all the time on TV/radio/Internet and whose prices reflect those huge AD budgets and who have hit or miss HVAC technical competence and where you never seem to see/talk to the same employee ever and you seem to be just a number to them....) My extended family and coworkers have used Joe Wolff and are extremely impressed too!!
Please feel to reach out to me here if you have any questions and are considering using Joe Wolff as your HVAC provider. You will be impressed with Joe!!!!
