He quickly identified the issue and offered a practical solution that was well within my budget. Can't review the work they would've/could've/should've done, since the technician never showed up. They blamed me for not calling them to confirm the morning of my appt, even though their voicemail to me said THEY were confirming the appt. They offered to reschedule, but no thanks. I'll look elsewhere.From their other reviews it appears they would've done good/great work, but I don't appreciate the onus of appt confirmation being shoved off on me.Note to other companies: When I make an appt with you, that IS my confirmation that I'll hold up my end of the bargain.

Technician was fantastic. Gave awedome information about what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Work completed quickly. Even provided a warning about glue not being quite dry. Great service! Thanks a bunch!

Vallywide came out to find out leak. We don't have a shut off valve, which makes the process more complicated. The guys who came where trust worth, and this will be the company I go to in the future. Also, they have good prices in comparison.

Brandon and Devon came out to fix a serious plumbing issue we were experiencing. They resolved the issue fast and efficiently and we have had no problems since! Extremely pleased with our experience with Total Drain Solution and highly recommend them. 10/10 service, professionalism, and expertise.

These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. I gave Capital a call and they were out the same day to fix it. Dave and Dan, 2 brothers that know what they're doing. The price is fair and I trust their work. Highly recommended!

I felt bad seeing the other review and wanted to write. I have worked with Shane for almost 10 years. He has always been amazingly responsive. My water heater blew a leak at 6:30am on a Saturday, he answered his phone, and he was at my house installing a new one by 10:30am!! Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!
