This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Don't use this service place. They are unprofessional. They are always in a bad mood and only care about going home when they are a 24/7 business.

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

I had a broken sink at my office that needed attention. While he was here I showed him 2 other dripping sinks he said he could repair. He went to get parts and came back. He replaced one leaky faucet and then replaced another but it was the wrong sink in another room that was working perfectly. I called to see if they still had my working faucet and could come back and switch it for my dripping one. She said she would get a hold of him and see if he could grab it out of his truck and get back to me. I had to call back a week later and she said it was thrown away already. To his credit I have multiple rooms with sinks that look the same, but now I am stuck with paying for parts and labor to replace a faucet that was working perfectly and still have a dripping faucet in my other room :( The work they did correctly seems well done but maybe make sure you have time to stand there and supervise their work.
