I called American Bros., Sunday afternoon asked to talk to a technician, David called back, asked me for the water heater serial number, after checking, David said it's still under warrantee and provided the cost for replacement. Wow! I wouldn't known had he not said anything. I really appreciate the honesty. David showed up around 8am, Monday morning and got the job done in two hours, charged me exactly what was said yesterday. While onsite David looked at two other issues I'm having and provided estimates. I can't ask for anything better than this.

I own a rental property in Downtown Las Vegas and I got a call from my guests staying at my property informing me of a plumbing leak in the garage. I needed plumbing repairs as fast as possible before any further water damage occurred. Apparently the water heater pipe had bursted and overflowed, flooding the concrete floor .This plumber did a live video call with me and explained everything in detail with the exact cost and was straight forward. They said they could fix the problem right then and address the water damage on the floor. Everything was resolved over the phone. I am so pleased with their service and will use them for my other properties in the area and recommend them to other property owners for sure!

I called him on Sunday and a return my call very punctua. Enrique Gonzalez was very professional over the phone. I requested plumbing services, he came out 12 hours later which is perfect timing. I had a main water line leaking, due to the leak no water in my residence. Mr. Enrique Gonzalez the field manager showed up first thing Monday morning, and inspected the water line and said he needed to go to the plumbers store. He stated he needed to do a few other jobs and you go to the store give me a call back Monday afternoon. Monday evening of at approximately five or 6:00 PM I still have not received a call from Mr. Gonzalez so I called him and he said he needs to go to the plumbing store first thing in the morning and he would call me. Mr. Gonzalez did not call me or anything like that so I called him at noon on Tuesday afternoon. I talk to him and then he hung up on me, so I thought it was a break in the connection so I called him back and went straight to voicemail twice. I also sent him a text message. Asking him to return my phone call or message, and please let me know if you can do the repairs or not. I also stayed I totally understand if you can’t do the repairs. Mind you also I do have a four-year-old child at my house and it is important in emergency if I don’t have water. Needless to say he never contacted me or anything like that customer service is very horrible and I don’t recommend him due to the fact that his customer service and communication skills are way below the standard.

We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

“Customer Satisfaction” is what we were looking for and it’s what we got. In 48 hours One Drop Plumping replaced our water heater, water softener and water filter system. They also replaced and fixed the holes in the wall and installed a Laundry Tub and faucet system. On the 3rd day they removed and installed our new kitchen sink including new faucets and new disposal with in-sink on/off buttons. Simply horrible came out to do a job. Has dropped the ball so many times it doesn't make any sense. Extremely unreliable. 15 minute job has been made to take 2 weeks. What ever happened to the customer? This is sad.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
