John has done plumbing work for me and my family for years and years. Just a good ole south Omaha guy who knows his stuff, has fair prices and gives you all your options. Just an honest business owner that understands that his customers value their time and money, and he respects that deeply. Always on time, and always seems to be able to make room for us in his schedule.

After having a less than stellar experience with another plumber in town, I was able to get ahold of Sarah at American Rooter and she saved my bacon!! I needed a hose bib moved/replaced on a pretty tight time frame, and they were able to get me on their schedule, and even came early!!

A landlord friend recommended Major Drain a few years ago, and I'm glad she did. Their scheduling staff and plumbers been personable, responsive, professional, and fairly priced for a burst outdoor shutoff, a wax ring replacement, and a garbage disposal so far. It's reassuring to have reliable plumbers to call when a repair is beyond me.

My plumber, Sawyer, came right on time. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. He was able to repair my drainage trouble and did a great job cleaning up after himself when he was done. recommend, very happy with the service I got!

Seems like they have a history of bad drivers. Just watched one employee drive 100+ mph down I80 weaving in and out of traffic. Driving on the shoulder and tailgating multiple vehicles. If there employees are a testament to their service I would strongly recommend any other company. Putting peoples lives at risk is a major concern and from what I’ve seen this is a recurring problem with this company and it’s drivers. Be careful out there if you see them on the road they have no regard from human life.
