My air conditioning stopped working at 5 pm and they had a repairman here before 7 pm. Harley Oppenheim went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything and had my ac running within 1 hour. He was awesome. I will be using this company for all my household repairs and would highly recommend them to everyone. The cost was very reasonable and I couldn't be more pleased!

The Fry Team it’s not only reasonable but they are quick to respond always have a smile on their face and do a thorough job! They notice other things that might need to be addressed, and sometimes just fix it while they’re there at no additional cost or tell you things that need to be addressed at some point with no pressure sales. Our 17 year old water heater decided to spring a leak. We contacted Chase on a Saturday afternoon. He took the time to explain over the phone in-depth our options and gave us a quote. He showed up on time Monday morning and completed the install in good time. He also corrected a flue flow issue we didn't know we had. We cannot say enough positive things about Chase's professionalism and quality of work. We would highly recommend you contact him next time you need your water heater serviced!

By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. They explained the issue thoroughly to me and helped me understand. They also were very respectful to my house (they wore shoe booties) and cleaned up when they were done. I 100% trust them if I ever have an issue, again.

We were recommended sewer doc after a requesting a regular plumber to snake our drain and that person found a blockage. We had our sewer/service line scoped and determined we had a collapsed drain per sewer docs diagnosis. I contacted sewer doctor after our scoping to get some advice on some “quick fixes” a couple days later, prior to a winter storm that will inevitably flood our basement floor drain due to the collapse...one of the technicians FACETIMED with me while I was in Menards to make sure I was getting the right item I needed for our short term fix before a real fix- in addition to some texts verifying what we needed.
The level of commitment speaks volumes about the level of service!

My basement sewer backed up and I called late in the afternoon for an appointment. Fortunately, they got someone out within the hour. Danny explained their charges and what to expect before proceeding. Unstopped the drain in a hour. Very pleased. Great service at a reasonable price!

Independence plumbers helped me with an emergency pipe burst in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and were very reasonably priced. They even cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs

Seth showed up within the specified time frame and gave me a complete rundown of what to expect along with the cost of each item in order of importance.
He was knowledgeable and managed to snake out the floor drain while explaining everything in detail.

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

I am a big fan of Zaarly both as a consumer and contractor. They do the due diligence we all would like to do. Terrible company that does terrible work. The guy was very disrespectful and very uninterested in anything we had to say. A while ago he offered us an estimate with a very wide range, did the ¾ of the work, then shocked us with a price nearly triple the highest price that was originally offered. Said he went ahead and did additional work that would have needed done in the future without out consulting us first. Not to mention never finishing the work he was originally paid to do. Very bad man and an even worse business, and from what I can tell, we're not the only ones who believe so.

Recommend NEVER using

Do not use!!! He quoted us $900 to move a drain line. We paid him $600 and never came back to finish the job! Always promised he would come back and never did. Do not make the same mistake we did! He’ll rip you off!!! Do not use! One star is too much but unfortunately I had to do it just to be able to warn people. I added some pictures in the photo tab so everyone can see what mess he left us.
