Best Plumbers in Kansas City, MO

I had a clogged main line, another plumber wanted to dig up my whole yard. I called At Your Service & they were out the same day! They had to pull up my toilet & were able to clear the clog. They did the job in a timely manner & charged a reasonable rate! Will definitely use them again!

We hired them to mud and tape our drywall in the kitchen and living room areas. Took 4 days, as only one individual was doing the work. After paying, my husband came home and looked over everything and it was clearly not finished and paint ready as we paid for. We had two drywall specific companies come out and take a look… they agreed it was no where near paint ready. It needed at least two additional coats of mud and all the seams needed to be floated more. You could see the tape, screws and most of the tapered joints that weren’t covered with enough mud. We ended up having a different company come out and redo/finish the drywall and it was a night and day difference. Mr Handyman did offer to send someone else out to finish the unfinished work; however, as paying customers we felt that if they couldn’t complete the job correctly the first time as it should have been, we weren’t going to have them come out a second time and take a chance that our time was wasted again. The first 4 Pictures included are of the work Mr Handyman did and the rest are what it looked like when finished correctly from a different company that we also paid half the cost with.

Best Kansas City Plumber I have ever used. I own a building downtown and Big Jons renovated all of the plumbing and drain lines through out the whole building top to bottom. They added alot of new lines and drains because they had to add new toilets throughout that never had toilets beforehand. And they did an amazing walk in shower. it is huge like 5 feet wide by 6 feet deep all tiled in, its very stunning. lets see what else. They also did all of the plumbing at my restaurant and bar including sinks and alot of tile work. I am not sure if they do 24 hour service but he has taken care of some emergencies very late in the day for me over the years. The owner is a great guy and very knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of plumbing. i have a few rental properties that he also keeps in good order. the tenants will call me for every little drain problem but Big Jon gets out there and gets them taken care of fast. I can't say enough about this plumber. I personally vouch for them, they are top notch.

They are GREAT! we have had them out now a few times for a couple different reasons they always go over and above and their cost is much lower than others and very reasonable.

I take care of an elderly woman who is in the middle of cancer treatments and over the weekend she had a water leak in her upstairs bathroom that flooded the kitchen below. I did what I could with the tub faucet (it was leaking out behind the wall)and called for plumbing help on Monday and thought it should go smoothly. Well the repairman had no information about what I needed done when he arrived at her home even after I gave a full description to the gentleman who took the appointment call. She was confused and slightly upset because she thought I had everything set up for him to just come in and fix the things that I had requested and turn on the water. She called me at work and I had to explain to the him directly what I needed. Then after talking to me he told her that he thought the job was to risky and that he might damage the tile in the bathroom so he really didn't want to make the necessary repairs. He seemed more worried about the cost of the repairs which I am grateful for because she lives on a very limited amount of money but she still needed to be able to turn the water back on and trust that we wouldn't have another flood anytime soon. He finally agreed to put the old tub faucet back together but couldn't guarantee how long it would last because he really couldn't take it apart like it should be because of the damage risk. He did fix a separate issue with her bathroom sink and we were able to turn her water back on so in the end I am hoping everything will work out. I really wanted the bathtub faucets repaired but for now we will just be thankful she has water again and there are no more leaks in the wall. She said he was nice and respectful but suggested if I had to call someone again to choose someone else.

Pat installed a tankless water heater for us and did a great job. He was efficient and reasonable.

Call in and received same day service. When the plumbers came out they told me that one of two things would need to be done and an estimate for each of them. Finished quickly and they clean up after, I am very happy with the service.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
