We had a pressure valve that had failed and was leaking. Charles came out the next day after contacting him and replaced the valve quickly. Excellent response and repair.

Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

Blaylock saved me a bunch of money on the repair i needed done. All people who i interacted with to get the service done were very down to earth. And when the plumber arrived, he didnt wast anytime getting to work. They are hourly rated, so it was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend and plan on using them for any future needs.

Our appointment timing was from 4-8:00 pm - Received verification call and Steve (#655) was there at 4:02 pm. We were concerned it would be closer to 8:00 - good timing! We have used Roto-Rooter many times over the years and have never experienced a plumber that was as prepared as Steve was - he knew the last time our kitchen sink had been serviced and also knew when we had our major sewer line work had been done. He was thorough, overall great experience and job well done!

Called and left a message. No call back. Called a few days later and set up an appointment. He did not show.

He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

Read the 1 star reviews and find the common theme, I wish I had!Bait and Switch tactics: when I called, they said $79 to come out, look at my water heater and provide quotes for replacement/repair. They ended up charging me $243 for a required diagnostic fee???? Technician said the $79 only covered the trip charge, why was I told otherwise when I called?Price gouging/scare tactics: To have water heater replaced and up to code Service Today quoted me $3,566; over $2,000 more than any other plumber. I ended up using a different plumber and paid only $1,200 for a Saturday installation.Lack of confidence: The technician left my gas water heater (with pilot light concerns) in the on position when he left. Even I know enough to turn off a broken water heater so it doesn't leak gas into the house.I am now left with $243 out of my pocket when they did no work and created more stress. They did not respond to my request for a refund.Do not do business with Service Today!

Great service & top notch professional- have had multiple jobs done fast w/ no problems.

Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

Charged over $400 and fixed nothing.. left our house in a mess! Unprofessional.
