Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Outstanding! He is OUR HANDYMAN for anything else going forward. His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge are exceptional. I highly recommend that if you have something you can't figure out at your home, call John!!!

I was so distraught when my 20 year old Lennox AC quit working, especially to find out the compressor was shorted out by mice chewing the wires! It may of worked for many more years. I did my research on the best air conditioner to buy. The Lennox was at the top so I wanted to replace the unit with another Lennox. I looked on line for a local Lennox dealer. Rumpca's heating and air conditioning had great reviews so I called and they were able to send out a representative the next day! Thank goodness, it was so hot out. A very professional representative came to my home, looked at the unit, the square footage of my home, and the furnace. He went through the models that he recommended for my home. The price was reasonable. They were able to fit me in one week later. Two professional men came the day of the appointment and explained the process and went right to work. Within hours my home was cooling down! They also made sure any little spaces that mice could enter were filled in so I would not have the same problem again. When they left, there was no mess, everything was perfect. Now I'm living the dream in my cooled home. Thanks to everyone at Rumpca's 😊

They waited until they day that they were scheduled to come out and see us to let us know that we were outside their service area, even though they had our address weeks beforehand. Inconvenient and poor communication.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Have not had a good experience. Technician came out, I explained our scenario and asked for the lowest end quote possible. The lowest quote for a replacement water heater was $6,000, with two others for $9,000 and $12,000, including repairing our kitchen faucet which I did not ask for. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $280, which I didn't know about. And at the end of the diagnostic, the answer was Replace Water Heater. We knew it needed replacing already, and wanted a quote for a replacement unit!!I since got 2 other quotes for $2,000 and $2,250, no diagnostic needed. CALL OTHER PLUMBERS OR COMPANIES, THEY WON'T CHARGE A CALL OUT FEE.I since have called the company 3 times to seek a refund. I felt it fair to pay the $75 fee for the tech reps time, but I have now spent as much time as he did following up after this (whilst missing work to meet the rep in the first place). I hope this review helps resolve the matter and a manager will call me back to issue the refund. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME AND HEADACHE, USE OTHER COMPANIES.

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
