Great service, very friendly and attentive. To the time to answer my questions and was very respectful of my 3 yr old and 15 yr old daughter. Helped with an emergency that was above and beyond his job and I’d recommend him and use his services again.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Sewer cleaning and later to look at a plumbing issue that needs to be reworked. Both times I've worked with this company were very positive experiences. Both times the person providing the service was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my questions and didn't talk down to me. As a a female homeowner that is such a big factor in gaining my trust. I would highly recommend this company!!!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍
