Overall great experience working with Cichy's Water & Sewer. Communications were clear, thorough, and timely. Both the administrative side and work crew were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the work was completed and the care taken to protect my existing landscaping throughout the project and during clean up. Would highly recommend!

Mike was absolutely amazing! He helped setup my washer/dryer and even went the extra mile to two different hardware stores to get the parts needed for the units. Although extra time for him, he didn’t charge extra and ensures the washer and dryer were running smoothly. He even learned some new skills to help for the setup. Mike was professional, personable, and trustworthy. He did this entire install just after a snowstorm no less (despite several other installers cancelling).

Very Pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. My water heater started leaking and they came the same day to replace it and they took the old one with them! The plumber on site was very helpful and also fixed my shower that had been leaking for almost a year. Very happy customer!

Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could. In requesting a bid, I worked with Grant himself who called to talk through the options, promptly provided an estimate, and kicked off the project on the scheduled day and time.
